Clean room and facilities, friendly and helpful employees. Hotel mgmt has refurbished rooms and is still upgrading.

Need more outlets for today’s technology. Not enough outlets for charging devices and medical gear. The lamps, refrigerator, clock, microwave, TV used all the available outlets. The bed headboard covered at least one outlet. I had to unplug some things to use outlets for my things. Maybe you could include additional outlets during the upgrading of rooms. Power strips or triple tap plugs would also be helpful. 😃 Coffee down at front desk is not made after breakfast ends at 11am. There are no coffee pots in room to make our own later in the day. Suggest they have coffee avail all day, or tell the guests when they check in that they will make more during the day, if they want it. The bulbs in the lamps were not very bright, so rooms were too dark.

The restaurant on site was wondering. Great food,both dinner and breakfast meals. The service staff was great. The views of golf course very nice.

Our room was quite dusty. Appeared to not have been thoroughly cleaned. ( aware of construction) The heater did not want to come on until around 3am. Staff at the bar with pool tables were rude within 90 seconds of walking in, we walked out. Absolutely love the resteraunt though. Had family come next day for large gathering.

The food and beds were great, and the room was very rustic and cute!

The room was rather small and the bathroom door didn't close all the way. Parking was tight and there seemed to be a lot of public events going on while I was staying there which made it more crowded. Breakfast was mid.

It was a very pleasant stay. It was nice and quiet the staff went above and beyond. They still use keys and have real soft blankets 4 pillows per bed nothing was screwed down.It was fun. Sort of a step back in time, but still updated.I loved every bit of it. The food in the restaurant was great.

it was well maintained and extremely clean. we LOVED that you still use regular keys for the rooms!! breakfast was all our favorites and the location was perfect for where our destinations were for the week (we were attending the Junior Gold tournament and had to drive between Grand Rapids and Lansing daily so this location cut the drive in half for us)!! the restaurant staff and food were amazing. they made sure we were satisfied and the meals were absolutely scrumptious!!

Staff was friendly. Restaurant next door called Grill was nice. Good food..good prices..friendly staff

BATHROOM was so tiny..could barely sit on toilet and get toilet paper at same time. Breakfast choices very diappointing

The continental breakfast was fine and the layout an area was perfect for our needs

There were a few bugs and Cowboys on the floor and the one bathroom

It was close to the bowling alley that we bowled at and the price was right

The beds didn’t have box springs it was more like a cot bed so they weren’t very comfortable

The resaurant was great. The food was exceptionally good. There was live music and deck seating the Sat. evening we stayed. The atmosphere was.festive for sure. Staff was friendly and service was very good. Room was simple but clean and comfortable and met our overnight needs.

No complaints. Adding a pool would be a great investment

it was beautiful and quiet and it was just nice to get away from family and all that

it was huge and I loved everything about it I just can’t wait to do it again sometime
