One of the main complaints about hotels is the water pressure. Not this place!!! The water pressure was awesome.

Grant it, I'm a smoker and had to smoke outside. Which is nor a problem because of respect. No outside seating and a couple cigarettes were put out in the parking lot. I'm guessing an employee wearing gym shorts, came around and picked them up before I could, along with other garbage that wasn't ours and called me a f'ing douche bag. Tried talking to him, but after that comment, I wasn't too happy.

The woman working the front desk the evening of June 7, 2023 was very professional. The temperature and humidity in the lobby and halls was good. Everything seemed clean and I did not see anything that was damaged or broken.

The room temperature was set at 68 when I arrived. I think 68 is great in the winter but too chilly for summer. This is a mild complaint I would not have mentioned if not for the question of what I didn’t like. It was easily remedied. I am so glad hotel rooms have thermostats these days!

Very friendly and accommodating staff, all areas of the hotel were kept very clean at all times, and particularly the breakfast area. Easy access to town and right next door to stores in case anything was needed.

The bathroom was weird. The shower control was on the opposite wall from the faucet and the sink faucet dipped too far down into the sink to make washing hands a bit of a messy chore. Also there was what looked like a blood stain on the comforter. It was obviously pretty old and the linen was well laundered but it was there. I didn't complain about that since there was another comforter in the closet.

Sound proofing in the room. we thought that since our room was on the top level and away from other rooms that it would be quieter. unfortunately that wasn’t the case because people coming and going from the room next-door were extremely loud and we could hear it right through the door.

The Hotel was newly remodeled. The bathroom was large with a large shower. The food was diverse and good. Staff was friendly. Lots of outlets in the room. Very clean. Nice amenities. Next door to Meijer. Located next to the freeway.

Lukewarm coffee. I like mine hot!

Breakfast could be better and kind of disappointing there wasn’t a hot tub but I was only there for one night and did enjoy the pool

the bathroom floor could have been cleaner I had a King room and there was no microwave. I think all of the rooms should have had a microwave, not just some.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were clean and cozy.

The beds were not comfortable. Pool was freezing even though it was indoor.

I would almost always appreciated healthier options for breakfast. Availability of hard-boiled eggs would have been preferred over the pre-made toaster omelette. Perhaps another meat option also?

Location was convenient, right of US 131 and next to Meijer. Very quiet considering the busyness of the area. Clean, comfortable room with spacious desk area. Extremely helpful and engaging staff.

I wish there was a hot tub in the pool area. Shower fixtures were weird - not bad, just oddly designed and placed. Nothing major.
