Loved the bed and the being able to book with debitcard not a credit card. Also really liked that housekeeping wasn't knocking on our door before or right at check out. Good to not feel pushed out the door.

Didn't like the bathtub/shower. It's weirdly shaped the oversized shelves and low shower head make showering awkward, the bottom is also slick hardnto keep from slipping. Their was a rather large cobweb In the corner of the room made us wonder how long it at been there was so big. Also there were 2 of us and we got one of each towel..would have been good to have more towels luckily I'm one of those that pack extra towels. Even when "the hotel will have them" is a thought.

The room was a good size, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom counter and sink area was located outside of the shower and toilet room, which is a feature I personally like, especially when sharing a single bathroom. The room also had a work desk and a small safe for valuables. It also had a good buffet breakfast, which featured a pancake maker, which my husband and kids loved!! There was an outdoor pool as well. The BEST feature about this hotel was the proximity to the University, just right down the street !!

Overall the room was good, but the bathroom area was not the best. Somewhat dated and whatever updating work had been attempted was not done well. Bathroom needs some work.

Efficient friendly staff. Great amenities for the price, good variety at breakfast including a few sugar free syrup, sweeteners and jelly options. Welcomed my dog for a small fee. Located conveniently near anything you could need -take out, groceries, supplies and a few nice parks to stretch your legs if you have time. Super comfortable bed, well lit parking area.

Could use minor updates, overall no complaints.

Big area for animals and kids to run around. Base rate was good for what we got.

Pet fee - $25 per animal is excessive. This was the reason we cut our stay to 2 days from 5. I was under the impression that we had cut it to $15 after talking to desk clerk at check in but got charged $25 anyway. Wasn't worth my time complaining about it at check out.

The bathtub was amazing. This plus size girl still found it comfy and affordable.

The layout is confusing and kinda reminds me of the overlook hotel in the shining. It was hard to navigate the hallway and I got lost more than once trying to figure out where I was and which room was close by. I think exits and signs clearly marking where to go and maybe arrows on the walls would be helpful in helping people find where they were going without getting lost.

Clean and big room, great pool. Quiet hotel

When my children and I came for breakfast at 9:30 a.m., there was no more milk, no pancake batter, and no fruit. After asking the lady at the reception if it was possible to supplement this, we were told that unfortunately. After a while, I asked again if she couldn't add milk, so she added it. This is the only minus of this hotel.

our jacuzzi in our room didn’t work so the lady at the front desk gladly switched our room and the second tub worked and the room was better for us. 10/10 recommend for any stay with or without the jacuzzi.

The cost of early check in which we did not do I could have seen the price of early check in if the weather was warm and there was use of a pool or other extras or they were booked

The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast included eggs, potatoes, sausage, pastries, muffins, yogurt, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, fruit juices, and plenty of coffee. It was enjoyable.

The bathroom was smaller than I like, but was very clean, plenty of towels.

Large comfortable rooms. Breakfast was better that typical Choice hotel fare. Several facility improvements since last year.

Windows in common area need cleaning.
