This is a no frills motel with a price to match. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from Lake Mitchell with a number of nearby restaurants one can walk to. Parking is ample and the room was good sized, and clean. Lots of hot water available. Microwave and fridge in room. Cable TV on flat screen. Nice picnic table in front of the room for enjoying the sunsets.
The decor is dated, but for the price that's fine with me. The bathroom is small. Only room for one person in the bathroom at a time.

Everything was excellent! Beds are super comfortable. Bathroom was small but manageable. Value was great but with the $40 pet fee for two pets almost cost the total price of the room itself. Still cheaper than most hotels/motels around and I'd most likely stay here again.
Pet fee was 60% of the room stay itself.

No clear walkway to the door. No shoveling of the walk (snow removed) from door to the parking spots.

It was right by the lake great for close bait and fishing access
A little dirty but over all man it was a good warm place with a comfy bed

That's where comfortable, the room was very clean, and the location was good.
Bathroom was very very small. The hotel sign was not lit up very well. Difficult to find in the dark.

Easy access to snowmobile trails and food. If you want an affordable place to stay and a hot shower this is it, especially if you’re going to be on the trails all day and you just want a good place to sleep.
