Everything was very nice. The room was clean, sheets were very nice, and the restroom was laid out well and clean. The staff were very professional, and breakfast was good. The host was conversational and very kind. I would recommend staying there to my friends and family.

The AC was rattling while it was running. The blinds didn't work correctly. You would pull them down to release quickly, so they snapped up, but they wouldn't snap up. However, the overall stay was outstanding! Anything I found to be an annoying, was very minor.

The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The rooms looked and felt clean and comfortable. The location made us feel safe to walk to our car if needed at night. As big coffee drinkers, we also enjoyed the Kerig in the room.

We were kinda bummed because we discovered that they no longer had a hot tub. Also had some very loud neighbors who must have been nocturnal, but obviously that’s not something the hotel can control.

So many things to do around the area. Loved the bartender Kim!

The 1st floor rooms smelled of animal urine. Come to find out that's where the animals were allowed. Was quick to move my parents to the 2nd floor..very nice of them.

Beds were 5 stars. Updated decor in rooms, except the carpet and bathroom door. Quiet. Management was amazing, professional and courteous. Lobby area very nice. Full bar. Restaurant on site.

Stained carpeting and chair. Visible damage to bathroom door (should be replaced). No Netflix. Basic cable and smallish t.v.

Breakfast was pretty basic, but I guess you get what you pay for. They seriously have to consider replacing all those OLD Panasonic TV sets in the rooms. You can’t even cast from your device to the tv, in 2022?! Smh

The people at the front desk was very nice and always able to help. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The shower has a lot of space and the water pressure was more than enough.

There was a noise coming from the outside right next to the room's window. I think it was the A/C or something like that, so it was a little disturbing at night. Also, hand sanitizer was missing in the elevator.

I needed a big room to work in, and the king suite with the adjoining conference table was fantastic. The bed was also incredibly comfortable.

There could be a better selection on the restaurant menu, like more vegetables, but I know that has been tough with Covid.

No USB ports anywhere in the rooms! I had to go buy a plug in as I didn’t bring one with me. Walls are thin. Can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Breakfast should be included with the price of the rooms.

stayed her one night. it was a great place to stay. nice staff, comfortable bed. I also liked how you can shut the door to the toilet area and another person can still access the sink and show. mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker all in the rooms. Room was very clean to. Good job housekeeping!
