Owners very friendly and accommodating Quiet Clean Location to many restaurants was great!
Pool not available, possibly staff shortage. Needs to have that posted on website for families with children especially, who plan on swimming.

The vending machine took credit cards
The staff never smiled and they were very very hard to understand with their extremely broken English and heavy accents! Side entrances were not salted or sanded there was two to three inches of glare ice in the parking lot all the way up to the doors. They advertise their pool being open but it's not!

The room was missing some needed toiletries, but they were provided quickly when asked.

There was a strange noise that occurred when the baseboard heating went off and on. Should have mentioned it to management. Super nice owners!

The location is ideal for the fieldwork I conduct in the area. And it's on the edge of town so there are fewer bright lights and less noise. The people who run the hotel really make the experience!
Some amenities are still unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions, but I understand and that would be true regardless of where I stayed in town.

The host was very considerate. He prayed for us. Our stay was for surgery. The room was very clean.
We are seniors . It would have great to have bathroom have features for older guests.

Very nice for the price, very nice workers, was very clean.
That there were no elevators. So we had to hall my newborn and her stuff up and down the stairs each time we came and went. But I'm sure if we had asked the would've gave us a room on the first floor we only stayed for one night though.
