The hotel was awesome! My room and the hotel itself was clean. The linen on the bed was fresh and crisp. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The ambiance of the hotel was very inviting, pleasant and the staff very professional. I would go back to the hotel in a heartbeat without reservation.

The restaurant wasn't open for lunch or dinner. I was informed, it hadn't opened yet and they weren't sure of the date it would open.

The whole stay was great. Comfortable sleep, room very clean. Staff friendly.

The only thing (not a huge deal) wasn't able to get in pool or hot tub. There was a large amount of kids in the pool and hot tub. Children shouldn't be in hottub. One child sneezed and snot landed in hottub. 🤷‍♀️ Totally understand the amount in pool room, but should be a time when adults only, so the ones without kids could enjoy also.

I loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. The location was excellent for the event we were attending.

There seemed to be alot of handicapped parking spaces when we checked in, but when we returned from our event, they were all taken. I know it's not the fault of the hotel, but a few cars seemed to be parked there with no visible handicapped license or tags on the mirrors .We really could have used one as we had to park in one of the farthest spots away and I do have a tag.

the guy working Thursday night and the lady Saturdays morning were Excellent Coffee in room was nice bed was comfortable and nice amount of electric plugs . Like noon check out

Kept running out of breakfast. Sunday people, actually went behind curtain to get condiments went up front to tell them 😑 lady said someone is back there Guy came and filled plates and stuff

Comfortable room very clean easy to book online

Bathroom fan didn't work and having extra switches outside of the bathroom was kind of odd. My boy could turn the light off in the bathroom from outside the bathroom. But still a good value would stay again!

The bathroom is so well lit, and the access is great. The rooms are fresh and clean, and the staff were attentive to our needs.

The breakfast was adequate. Everything is pre-cooked and processed. There is fresh fruit, which is a plus and the coffee was good. A warm cereal option would be nice.

It was great just the lady proving the breakfast seem that she was not having a good day. Is sad because it made us feel that we had to be careful with whatever we were grabbing since she didn’t see happy and just was looking at us.

Person in charged was not very pleasant.

Everything! Overall it was perfect. The beds were comfy, the natural light was perfect and the shades pulled made it super dark. The mini fridge is hidden in a dresser, it was really nice. The breakfast was really good, my 10yo & 3yo were pleased!

The bathtub had pubic hair in it and on the shower curtain

A lot of hair left in the bath tub and some hair on night stand. The first replacement room had malfunctioning lights. No complementary water, no water for sale and wasn't made aware of a water fountain (maybe there was one but nobody mentioned it after i asked about complimentary water and water for sale).

Very clean and good lighting.

Wish they had shoveled and salted more after snow storm. Walking to my car was quite treacherous.
