Front desk staff & breakfast staff were very friendly & professional. Loved all 3. Also, everything in our room & other hotel facilities were extremely clean. Enjoyed the variety served at breakfast.

Need brighter light near the mirror in the hallway/closet area. Easy chair in our room was pretty worn looking. Towels were not soft, but rough. The square table where we sat for breakfast was very wobbly, nearly spilling our coffee. More selection of tea, other than just green tea, would be nice. Your coffee at breakfast needs more caffeine. I would swear it was decaf.

the breakfast was wonderful, although I had trouble getting the waffle maker to flip back over when it started beeping and it was pretty tough by the time I got it out. My husband loved the selections.

The leatherette chair in our room was cracked and worn. The temp in the room was way too warm, and when we lowered the temp, the blower made it too cold over by the window. Is there a way to make the blowers blow directly towards the ceiling instead of out into the room?

I purposely stay here because it is pet friendly, clean and in general clean. I don’t like to stay in Kalamazoo even though that is where the UKC Premier Nationals are held. I attend this every year.

on past stays, the staff was friendly and inviting. the tall blond was curt and uninviting upon check in or any other contact. Also, the day after, there was an adult male that made me very uncomfortable with his questions, these two employees made me feel like I had made a wrong choice to return to this hotel that I was very comfortable with.

The staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast was convenient and very good. We were out sightseeing quite a bit, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping was helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

There wasn't anything I could comment on as a negative. The hotel had everything we needed to be a great start and end to the day. It is conveniently located and has all the basic amenities a vacation traveler needs.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

When we checked in our bill was more than had been quoted. Unpleasant new young lady was very rude and had no answers to as why it as more. Had to call Booking to complain about this and even though I was on hold for approximately 30min. they were able to speak to the manager and get it cleared up. So the manager at the property was nice and resolved the mistake.

Have stayed there many times and always have a good experience. Property is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is well organized, fresh and tasty. Everything about the room is great. Plenty of towels, AC works as it should, Beds are comfortable.

Selena was amazing. We were traveling from near Grand Rapids for a local wedding. Circumstances changed with one of the adults with our group and wasn't able to attend and we needed adjoining rooms for space and ability to supervise all of our kids. Selena made that happen! We are forever grateful that she was able to accommodate us!

It was very continently located and the hotel was clean. The gentleman who ran breakfast was outstanding. He was kind and went out of his way to make sure everyone had a good meal. He was singing and chatty and an absolute pleasure.

Location is great. Always clean at entrance even though the smoking area is close to front door. Staff is friendly will ask about your day if they are not busy. Rooms are good sized. Breakfast area is always clean.

I really liked that there was oatmeal offered for breakfast as a healthier choice to other options. I enjoyed the ease of check in and check out as well as the convenience of access to where I was travelling to the next day.

I didn't like that the wifi wasn't actually free and in order to get it you have to sign up.
