The location was great for us. The Hampton Inn - Hilton Hotel is near neighborhoods of Port Huron and far away enough so we did not pay the very high rates of hotels on the St. Clair River.

Booking.com that took our money when we wanted to engage directly with Hampton Inn - Hilton Hotels. Booking.com increased our price by putting in their slice of our dollars. Internet booking cheat people.

The staff can make all the difference. They're the first people you communicate with upon entering and the very first impression of the establishment. The receptionist offered a wonderful warm welcome. She was friendly and helpful and made a great first impression. I would stay here again. The pool was nice, the breakfast was good, the coffee/ tea/cocoa bar is a really nice touch (it's the little things) and the staff was hospitable.

The jacuzzi wasn't working.. that was a bummer.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facility was clean, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, great location, hotel near restaurants & gas stations, right off the highway. Breakfast was nice.

Maybe it could be a little cheaper in price.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The young guy on the midnight shift (didnt catch his name) and Samantha on the ohonne several times during booking get an A++++ from me. Hard to find people who really seem to care about their job beyond the minimum. Staff made this place great.

Beds seemed a bit old. Pillows were comfortable though. I really liked the breakfast! Nice to have the pool open and see people enjoying it. One bad thing was the local family partying in the back beer cans all around loud no manners etc. I feel bad for the guy on the night shift around 9:30/ 10 pm he had to reprimand them for shooting off huge fireworks so close to the building. We thought they were gun shots!!! Seriously you want to keep that staff they all deserve a raise.

Because of COVID there was no breakfast, just hot drinks. I don't drink coffee or tea and, during the summer, I don't drink hot chocolate. Orange juice would have been nice.

I wanted a receipt but was told I would get one from Booking.com. My card was charged too much which I did NOT appreciate. Parking was poor - too many reserved but unused spaces near the door.

Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. They had a good hot breakfast. Hotel was a short drive to the border of Canada. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was great and very friendly. The pool area was clean and they kept the pool towels stocked at all times.the breakfast was great to.

That the hot tub was not working.

It was a perfect location for my work. The Staff was extremely polite and courteous. The hotel was clean. The room was perfect and I’ll be staying there from now on.

The hot tub was not working but with everything going on, it really wasn’t that big of a deal.
