I was pleasantly surprised! It's an excellent value for what you're getting. The staff at the front desk was both fast and friendly. There was a surge of people who came in at once and she made quick work of getting everyone checked in and with a friendly smile and demeanor to boot! My room was very clean, spacious, and my bed was very comfy! At check-out the next morning, I had a hot breakfast with a variety to choose from, including some tasty sausage links. I'm overall very pleased with my stay and will return. Thank you to the staff for your service! You made my stay memorable.

Airport shuttle service was prompt. Friendly receptionist. I was given a new room after I told them about a very loose toilet seat. The complimentary breakfast was very satisfying.

I asked to awakened at 5:30 a.m. but never got the wake-up call that morning. The lobby restroom did not have any toilet paper that same morning. When I told the two receptionists on duty, they gave me a roll of toilet paper to place in the bathroom. They didn't seem interested enough to do the job themselves.

We liked the staff as they were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was put out just before 5:30am which was great because we took the 5:30 shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and so were the facilities.

We had 2 large bugs in our room (maybe box elder). Only 1 packet of shampoo as well as coffee. And no channel information.

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was very friendly and informative. Free airport shuttle was a huge perk. We were informed at check in that the Shuttle runs every half hour so please arrive 10 mins early because it does need dispatched. We did and it arrived on time and was at the airport with plenty of time to spare. Front desk gave us some pamphlets of places that deliver good right to the room. Ordered some food and it was great.

We were on the first floor and the window did not have a lock on it which isn't very safe as it opened all the way including the screen.

The hotel caters well to their clientele that have short stays ahead of a pending flight. The hotel was clean. The shuttle to the airport was on time and met all expectations.

Maybe having some take away breakfast for those traveling before the morning breakfast was available, but in general I was very pleased with the hotel stay.

The value for the price was good. The room was clean and bed as comfortable.

The broken lamp shade in the room. Easily fixable but had not been when I stayed there. Also no cups were in room for coffee or water.

I was literally only staying for one night as a stopover before travelling on to meet my partner in Canada. Arrived at the airport to find that my roaming was on the fritz so could not call to arrange the airport shuttle as advised. I was panicking slightly but after messaging the hotel they put my mind at ease and directed me to who to look out for and a rough eta for the driver. Received a lovely welcome at the hotel and was given a choice of floors - I told the woman on the desk that I needed to get some shut eye before an early flight and she promptly found me a quiet room on an upper floor where I would be unlikely to be disturbed by other guests. Bed was very comfortable and room was spotlessly clean. I did not really make use of the amenities but would definitely stay there again. Situated in an industrial area but no noise from airport or freeway could be heard.

Room was extremely hot when I walked in as temperature for some reason had been set at 90 degrees. Managed to resolve by putting the air con on full and dissappearing for a short while to grab food and drink. Aside from this I do not have any low points to note and it didn't ruin my stay in any way - just a little bit of discomfort when walking in to a wall of heat. Due to the location I probably wouldn't stay for more than a night or two but this was okay for my needs.

Close to the airport, free shuttle!

A little bit old and worn down, but I wasn't expecting 5 stars at this price.

The bathroom had a broken toilet roll holder It did not impact my use of the bathroom but you should fix these things Cosmetic appearances matter greatly to some people
