Very clean and comfortable.

Could have used more staff for check-in after 4:00 p.m. It was very busy and there was only one staff person, but she did a great job. The water pressure could have been a little better and the temperature of the water could have been a little hotter. There's also no place to put your toiletries in the shower if you're not using the toiletries that the hotel has supplied.

Good breakfast. Only one issue. Someone had padded the door lock wells so that locks would not engage and lock with only having to pull the door handle to open the door. Reported to management and they were very helpful and attentive. Other than that very good hotel. I liked and will come back but will always check door lock wells.

It was super clean and looked newly renovated. I was surprised by how nice the hotel was especially for the price. The staff was super friendly and I felt very comfortable there. I loved how quiet the hotel was and the location. I would definitely stay here again!

The fire alarm went off randomly during my last night there at 6:30AM. When I asked about the issue during my checkout the manager mentioned the fire alarm was triggered by the cooks making breakfast that morning. Everything was fine but it definitely startled me out of my sleep.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Alan and his staff were very talkative and always made sure that our stay was excellent. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good each day. The swimming pool was clean and warm. The exceptional part was the holiday decorations. Im telling everyone I know go stay there when you go to southfield MI.

I liked the setting/theme of the hotel very friendly and inviting. The staff was very kind to my wife and I and accommodated to our needs. We will definitely be coming back for another stay!

Exceptionally clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with several wonderful options. 24-hour delicious coffee and tea. I was looking for a hotel in the Detroit/Southfield area that was clean. The hotel was only 3 months old. Everything is new and sparkling clean. We will be back.

The room was clean, with a great breakfast and friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable. Water pressure in the bathroom was excellent.

You could hear the people above. It sounded like they were bouncing a ball on the floor around bed time.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable! Location was right off the highway, so easy commute into Detroit and other metro-Detroit areas.

Room just had a deadbolt lock, but no secondary lock. Would prefer to have 2 locks for extra security.

Everything was good but I just would say to add some extra wash cloths because I like one for my face & one for my body. It was two of us in the room & it was only 2 wash cloths so I had to request a couple extra

SO CLEAN! We paid less than other families in a hotel down the street and they were all commenting on how they wish they had stayed in this hotel. Everything about it felt clean and fresh. Thank you!
