Everything was clean and ready for us after a long day. Beds were comfortable and it was easy to adjust the temperature of the room. I liked being able to adjust the blinds so it was super dark even in the morning. I also thought it was convenient to have a 12pm checkout time so I could sleep in from my travels.

Not a lot of towels but easy to ask for more.

I like the breakfast was good and the room quiet.

During check in the third shift guy was rude and unprofessional. Smacking gum loud, drinking in guest face, talking on the phone during the transaction. The point is that he was rude. I also, did not like being charged $100 incidentals while I saw others being charge $25. It made me feel targeted and that did not feel good. In a nutshell the check in process was horrible and if it was earlier I would have cancelled my reservation and went across the street to StayBridge Inn and Suites.

Staff was very friendly. Bed & pillows were very comfortable, room was good size. Located to tons of different restaurants to choose from. Walmart is less then 5 mins away if you needed anything. Breakfast was decent. Definitely filled us up for our morning trip to leave to head back home. Would definitely go back in the future. Ice machine on every floor 😁

could have a little more different items or the bar The night Manager was very rude I was charged 125.00 for my rooms I ask why he was rude told me this happens when you book a booking agent because if you trash the rooms I told him 3 of us are near 70 and a young man of 24 is going to trash the rooms why no one tell me ahead for rooms where paid for days before arrived and how you hit me with this charge he then tells me if you trash the rooms you will be charged if not 5 to 10 days it will be turn back to you now I wait to see if I get that money returned

Location was great, close to everything I needed

The suite we stayed in was a little bit small for a family of 6

Loved the variety of breakfast

Upon arrival and entering our room the clock/radio was on and music was loud, assuming it may have been previously set as for an alarm.

I liked everything specially the staff everyone was so friendly and smiling all the time amazing people I would book this hotel again next year when I come back

I asked for 2 queen beds but instead I had a king bed but over all everything worked out and the receptionist so amazing that she got one of the men working there to get me an extra bed over all thank you so much for everything

Was able to check in early! Staff was helpful and polite

There was a cot in the hallway across the hall that wasn’t being used. It was there around 10pm when we got back to the hotel and was still there when we checked out around 10am

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The ladies and kitchen workers were amazing and helpful. The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff did a great job. My family enjoyed their time. My kids spent a fantastic time in the pool. I strongly recommend it for any one wish to travel to Sterling Heights.

Breakfast was nice and fresh coffee through out the day was a nice touch. The pancake make was nice. I enjoyed the mini omelet. Over all the had a nice variety to choose from.

Meat still looked uncooked and cold. The fruit was looking old and it was soft to the touch. Banana were brown and all you could smell.
