The staff seemed a bit stressed due to computer issues upon arrival but they were so kind and helpful through out our weekend. In fact they continues to stock breakfast until the end advertized time which was amazing to not feel rushed first thing in the morning. Rooms were perfectly clean fridge was cold and bed was the right amount of soft. Close to warren dunes state park and like michigan was beautiful! Ever wanted to watch the sunset over the ocean because Friday night we did that!

Nothing we had extra towels and the ac worked well and the shower had decent pressure. We had a Great Time!

The location is great, seems safe, near the interstate. The room has fresh towels, and clean sheets. I was satisfied. Some of the reviews were mixed on opinions, so I took the chance, glad we did! Traveling with our puppy, so limited where we could stay. Breakfast was pretty good, basic. But, you get what you pay for here maybe even a tad more! Sure, the decor is outdated somewhat, but who really cares? I prefer cleaninliness over decor. Hope this helps someone who relies on reviews like I do!

Good value for money in this locality. No complaints. Good budget accommodation. If you just want a clean and comfortable bed to sleep in, an adequate sized room and a bathroom that provides hot water, but no luxuries, then this hotel will meet all your needs!

The breakfast had limited, but adequate, choice. No complaints about it though and it was more than enough to get you going in the morning for the rest of the day.

The person I checked in with was very accommodating. My husband and I were told we would be on the 2nd floor. I told him, good, I don't have to walk too far because I'm not able to. He asked if we'd like a room on the first floor and I said that would be great. I didn't have to walk as far as I thought which was very nice of him to do. So thank you for being compassionate.

The hot breakfast items were great. The breakfast area was clean and my kids especially loved the waffle maker. There was plenty of space for all guests wishing to eat breakfast to do so comfortably.

There were 4 of us in the room, and we arrived LATE in the evening, leaving early in the morning for a ballgame. We found that we did not have 4 towels for showers. Later that day we asked for some more towels from housekeeping and they provided them, but we did not have enough to start.

The room was clean, the heater worked well, the beds were comfortable and the housekeeping was WONDERFUL. Location was AMAZING.

The carpet could have been cleaned better but we wear house slippers so it wasn't a big deal. The pool was also closed all week for maintenance.

We had such a pleasant say I will recommend you to all our friends your staff was amazingly respectful and I love the way they clean the rooms they were very nicely clean the house were kept nice plain and simple we loved your hotel and we enjoyed our state

The breakfast was very good. I had a waffle. The room was cleaned early. The bed is really comfortable.

There was a cat fight in the middle of the night, right in front our window. Other wise it was a really good stay.

The location was excellent right down the road from St Joe and Benton Harbor like three little towns just connected. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were neat and tidy well worth the money.

Breakfast hours could have been longer and it ended at 9:00 and 10:00.
