I am deeply disappointed by the discrepancy between the advertised "breakfast included" option on the Booking.com website and the reality of my experience at the hotel. Arriving with the expectation of enjoying breakfast as part of my stay, I was dismayed to find that this amenity was not provided. Instead, I was offered a nominal $2.00 voucher as compensation, which does not adequately address the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this oversight.

Nice Hotel, clean, safe, and friendly staff.

That's the only problem, I was looking forward to breakfast at the Hotel restaurant. We arrived on Sunday, and Monday morning when I went for breakfast, the Hotel restaurant was closed. Very disappointed, was looking forward to a nice fresh breakfast. The clerk at the front desk said it was closed on Mondays. But on the website it mentioned nothing.

good breakfast.The pool was very nice .The staff was friendly.as someone also said could use newer toilets to taller ones,the outside areas could have used a good clean up

It was close to the highway so that was always nice and not too far from a restaurant to go for dinner.

We were disappointed that the refrigerator didn't work. We always have a cooler of stuff and like to put it in the fridge overnight before we travel on.

They had a really good cookie in the lobby that I picked up when I checked out. Beds were comfy and clean. Very good price for 1 guy 1 night. Would %100 stay here again.

Room was pretty hot, couldn't figure out how to use the AC. Looked like there were blood or coffee stains on the ceiling. Shower sprays out of the tub a bit.

Great location and it was convenient! I appreciate the fact that the motel is comfortable and everything was clean and maintained. No bugs !!

There was truck parking available on the property but trucks with boat trailers were allowed to park in areas where it blocked other travelers from parking near rooms. Bed was very firm.

Staff was friendly, and I needed to add a stay they let me check in early and move my stuff to the next room with waiting.

Beds are uncomfortable for myself just because of my disability but my friends found them comfortable

Loved the location, it was accessible, shops nearby & not too far from the airport too. Check-in process was seamless, staff present was really helpful, easy to talk to, and liked how the establishment accepted cash as a form of payment, together with cards, etc. Hotel lobby was brightly lit, the breakfast cafe seemed to serve a full lunch menu too, but I left really early, and wasn’t able to check out the breakfast. The room was a nice size, beds were just the right height, sheets and pillows were soft, everything was really clean, lots of storage, a few chairs and the air-conditioning worked pretty well too. TV had good options for channels, microwave and fridge came in handy, sink area was clean and had good lighting, bathroom was stocked with towels and everything worked. Housekeeping staff were really helpful! :) Lastly, the cookies at the front desk/lobby area were AMAZING, and each one was individually wrapped and loved how they are taking precautions and taking care of their guests.
