The room was great, clean easy access. I loved the hot breakfast! Was nice to get up and go close to eat and the times it was open was perfect! I didn't have to be up at the Crack of dawn to get there before it closed down. I was on vacation! Loved it!

Only thing I didn't like was the shower needed to be replaced cause it sprayed out water from the pipe fitting area. They just put a bandaid on it (black tape) so they know about it. Maybe they are waiting for a part. I don't know but seems it will destroy your wall if not fixed soon. That was the only issue I had.

The front desk staff when I checked in was very friendly and welcoming. The gal that was running the free breakfast was amazing! She said good morning to everyone who entered and asked if there was anything they needed. She made sure everything was full of hot food and she made the most amazing bacon. It was cooked perfectly! She made sure the coffee was full of fresh coffee and the area was very clean and organized.

When we arrived only one room had been booked according to their records through Booking.com. Then they said they didn't have any rooms left. I had my copy of the email I received from Booking.com that clearly showed I had reserved 2 rooms. They charged me $139 per night to get another room. They said the error is because of something Booking.com did and NOTHING they can do?? They said I must contact your company to get a refund for the mistake. I felt robbed because they did not honor the price I booked the 2 rooms for. Instead of $534, it cost me another $69. I am very angry with who ever is responsible for making the error! I feel that if a company is going to use 3rd party agencies to book then they should take responsibility, regardless of how it happened!!

Breakfast was good with many choices. I liked the ability to make smaller waffles. Size of area was larger enough to accommodate many groups of people. Pool was on the warmer side which was great for me and an early morning swim.

Couldn't control the air conditioning system --it blew very cold air the whole time we were there. No fan in the bathroom!

Clean, nice rooms. Nice pool and exceptional breakfast.

Worst thing I could say is front desk employees should be a little more attentive to the desk and not chatting in back folding laundry & the carpets in the hallways could be upgraded, lots of stains and ripped carpet near the stairs. Great place though, would still highly recommend this place!

Location and was convenient for attending a concert at Treasure Island Casino Event Center and for shopping at the Mall of America.Staff also trouble shooted the oven for prepping breakfast and service was excellant.

There was no hot water during our stay. Staff informed that a plumber was contacted for emergency service. The sound from the room above us was loud just from guests walking around.

Check In was easy and efficient. The desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff there were great. Very friendly and engaging with smiles a mile wide. We really enjoy the pool area. Unfortunately for this stay the hot tub was out of order.

Missing face tissue in bathroom. Easily fixed by lobby staff.

Staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and no smells. Pool was a little small but we enjoyed it. Hot tub was a great addition. Air conditioning ran very quiet! Mega plus ! The restaurant close to the hotel has the best smoked meat !

Our room was spacious and we loved the layout.

There was no fan in the bathroom. It wasn’t terrible but it felt like the room needed a good deep cleaning and general maintenance. The curtains were ripped. It’s winter in MN and there were slick spots on the walkway and they didn’t shovel.

Easy to get to. Breakfast was AMAZING! 🤗

The hot tub was NEVER cleaned. There was a cigarette butt on the edge for days. The tub was finally refilled the morning I checked out.
