We have stayed at Adventure Inn many times. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy with a "northwoods vibe". The hotel is located within walking distance of Ely shops and restaurants and a short drive from the many lakes and trails in this area, including the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.
The room was too hot and we had a hard time controlling the temperature. The small sleeper sofa was comfy for sitting on, but it made for a VERY uncomfortable bed.

Staff was wonderful and gladly accommodated our various requests. The place is clean and the room spacious. Also spacious is the parking lot, unlike the lots in othler nearby properties. This is our go to place when on our annual visits to the BWCAW.

pillows shower bed everything clean and organized bathroom had lots of space for storage of ice fishing equipment (trust issues so I’m always moving it into the rooms sled hub shelter auger etc)

Staff had arranged for a particular room for us since we had a car and trailer and had camping gear to move into the room and repack for our trip.

Check-in was easy, great communication with front desk staff. It was perfect for a fall road trip stop with our little puppy.

I enjoyed the room itself, lots of comforts and efforts to be sustainable. Water conservation, etc. The comforter on the pillow top bed was very nice. Great location. nice place tucked in to middle of town.

Easy access, easy to find and close to everything in town.
Walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbor in the bathroom and every word spoken.

Room was clean and had all the amenities you would need. Surprisingly quiet even though it’s on the main road in town.
Couldn’t turn the air lower than 66. I like it COLD for sleeping.

Location excellent. Hotel was quiet. Pleasant, spacious room. Liked that we were able to get a pet unit.
Carpet needed cleaning. Several large spots.
