The hotel is obviously new and has many place to sit on the ground level. The elevators had lighted numbers to let us know which elevator would arrive first. .Also, we had a problem with our refrigerator during our first night and after we reported this to the front desk in the morning, they quickly found someone to fix the problem. This is very unusual and made our stay much better, Also, the breakfast selections were all very good.

There is no visible signage out front near the street and the hotel is set back off the road behind a T-Mobile/Starbucks building so it was not easy to find the entrance. We actually spent time driving back and forth to find where to enter. They really need to do something about that.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western. The room was bigger than I thought and had enough space for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a great variety of foods. Loved the complimentary hot beverage bar available all hours. We had a problem with our mini fridge and called the front desk. Someone was there to fix it within 5 minutes! Great service!!

Our stay was great! My only complaint would be for my sensory sensitive people… the lights in the main lobby are really bright and the elevator alerts were loud. None of that impacted my stay though!

We didn’t have the breakfast but the hotel decor was fantastic. Rooms were spacious & well designed. Lots of device plugins. Fridge & microwaves GREAT. Walk-in shower GREAT. Best thing: Light around the bathroom mirror took 10 years off! lol

We arrived after dark. The entrance could have been lit up better as the hotel was set back quite far. We noticed lots of people missed it & drove through the sand lot next door.

Breakfast was good. Everything was ready, hot and very tasty. Loved the coffee set-up as well. Really liked the dispenser system for the hair and body products in the shower...very convenient. The location was very accessible and convenient.

Only one elevator was working but that's a minor complaint in the grand scheme of things.

Brand new, no mildew/moldy smell nice facility.

My baby was upset at bed time and the front desk knocked on our door with complaints from other guests below about noise. A crying baby happens in hotels and for the ten minutes he cried i found this kind of ridiculous.

The building is less than a year old, and they are keeping it like it just opened yesterday. 100% the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

It was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was good. Coffee was good, important to me. We were not there for pleasure but I would like to return to Grand Rapids and I would stay at the Best Western Plus Thank you.

The breakfast was good. Lots of room for people to gather and eat. The rooms were clean.

I would have liked the price to be lower. The air conditioner when it turned on was kind of loud.

The beds were some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel.

You have to have the front desk let you into the pool area. The door has a key card reader, let us use our keys to get in.

Very comfortable and clean. Hotel representative was very responsive. This hotel is located at a very good vicinity where you have access to many retail shops.
