The motel was just a mile from the center of town and close to Smokey the Bear Park. It was a quiet area. I loved all the detail the owners put into making the motel seem like a boutique hotel or airbnb. There were a lot of little things I appreciated like black make up towels, blue velvet drapes, and the cute pineapple key hooks. There was a Keurig machine with kcups provided, which we appreciated. There’s also a microwave, mini fridge, and a small table with chairs. In the adorable “lobby” is contactless entry w a key machine that I found pretty easy to manage. There was no check in clerk but there was cleaning staff on site when we check out. I didn’t expect much for the price we paid, so I was pleasantly surprised at the value we got.
As others have mentioned, the humid air got sucked into the rug so it felt a bit damp. We were there in July during the peak of the summer heat.

Very nice, clean and comfy hotel. Had some unforeseen changes in my travel plans, and booked last minute. Got the last room and was very grateful. Since I was traveling with my dog, I liked that they were pet-friendly, although the $27 pet fee is kinda high.
Not a big fan of the contactless check-in and check-out, even though the communication was fast and good. But if your phone dies, youre in trouble and wont be able to check in.

Check in was contactless and streamlined, using a code we were able to pick up our room key anytime. The motel was also very quiet with respectful guests. The room provided everything we needed and the location was close to everything especially a great breakfast spot across the street.
Not much counter space in the bathroom, only queen size beds available when we booked.

This appears to be the classic mid-century motel that has been very nicely updated and modernized. Very comfortable and quiet. The check in is via a coded lock box in the lobby that releases a genuine classic-style key with a big old key fob. Bonus, there is a nice diner right across the street that opens early and a good value.

They did a wonderful job of remodeling and repurposing a classic old 40s or 50s motel. The owners have put this great old building back into use for many years. Fun place to stay and the room was very clean. A very nice alternative to the chain motels. I was there for several nights and enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay there again.
The room could use a padded chair or two to use when watching the TV or working on your laptop.

Newly renovated. Everything felt new and fresh! Even the linens, the towels were thick and fluffy! Check in was a different experience, with it being contactless we weren’t sure but it turned out to be streamlined and easy. Grateful for the restaurant across the street!
Right on the main road, but that actually made it easy and convenient.

Communication with staff was exceptional even though they are not on site. They were attentive and helpful. Contacted us as soon as we arrived to ensure every was in order. Contactless checkin system was easy. This is our second time staying here. Simple, clean and comfortable.
No complaints. Great value for a comfortable room.

Easy walk to downtown. Helpful info non local restaurants. Nice sears outside the room.
Found the fact that it was contactless difficult at first. Mobile phone coverage on U.K. phone very patchy so getting information about how to enter the room was slow. Worked out in the end. Don’t like road parking although not a problem.

The location was perfect for a trip to voyaguers national park. The price was very good and the check-in was really uncomplicated. The room was simple, but had everythin you need for a short stay and it was clean.
As expected the room was not very comfortable and I would not recommended to do anything else than sleeping and taking a shower, which was also small.

It was clean, a modern redo of an older motel, and a good location for international falls.
Being older I was not totally comfortable not seeing staff during check in and check out. I realize it helps in the cost efficiency but local interaction is always nice.
