Food pantry thing they have, snacks available at any time! Spacious kitchen with fully stocked utensils and kitchenware!

Staff. The over night didn’t seemed thrilled to be there. Had an attitude with my wife as we didn’t know that the amount of $ from the snacks gets put on after check out.

It was clean, stocked with the dishes we needed. Friendly helpful staff.

The plug in the kitchen didn't work and it was inconvenient to unplug our stuff and plug in the coffee pots and toaster and then unplug and move everything back every day.

Location close to family. Room was great with kitchen available. Lots is space to move around in room. Easy accessible with parking lot close.

Lack of furniture in the room. The room was very large and had a kitchenette but had just the bed and a recliner.

Very clean, well-appointed room with kitchen and comfortable beds, good internet speed, free laundry, nice outdoor grill area, well-appointed pantry with fresh coffee 24/7 and exceptional customer service led by responsive management… I’ve worked in the industry, so when I say my expectations are exceeded, it’s not a small thing. The GM Mitch goes out of his way to address any issues and always follows up with you if you need anything.

It’s located in an area where thunderstorms take out services if they’re severe, and this happened to me on this stay - it was three days without internet, and the hotel lost their landline during that time - good thing they have a generator powerful enough to keep the air conditioning going! This is not a knock on the hotel, but if you visit during the summer, this location sits in what I call “lightning alley”.

Nothing it was perfect.

The room was had great finishes, loved the full kitchen even if we did not need it this stay. The snack area - all of the selection along with the pricing- exceeded my expectations. The only semi complaint was how loud the air conditioner was. And, there was a strange ongoing flash from a ceiling device - guessing it was a type of safety detector, however flashed ongoing and made it challenging to fall asleep. The beds - bed, pillows and bedding- were exceptional. It was awesome to have the ability to travel with our pet.
