Everything was great the man who checked us in was very friendly. The room was nice, it wasn’t carpeted which is always nice. all the carpet in the hallway was clean, no stains and didn’t smell. There are a few park and rides that are very close by which is great if you’re going to the fair like we did. There are quite a few restaurants and grocery stores only a short drive away. Also the hotel is pet friendly.

The fan in our bathroom didn’t work and the room was quite humid our whole stay. There was also one member of staff that would stare at my family anytime we went down for breakfast or came down by the lobby. She would just stare as if we were going to steal something and she would watch us until we got on the elevator or went outside. It was very uncomfortable.

The cleanliness of the hotel, my room, and breakfast area. Everything was exceptionally clean - more than I expect from a hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and informative.

The room could have been a bit bigger. With 4 people in the room with suitcases, we had to move stuff around just to navigate around the room. We went shopping at the mall so we added more packages to the room which made it even more tight.

I'm happy there was no carpeting, no heavy furniture, no pumped in air freshener. Shampoo, and soap dispenser on wall saving the environment from too many tiny plastic bottles. For breakfast there was freshly ground coffee, hard boiled egg, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches etc. Perfect. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The only issue was the bathroom light on a senser and we couldn't turn it off at night.

The location was great. Easy to find. Very clean room. Didn’t stink like some other hotels that we have stayed in. Staff was very friendly and I could understand them . There is nothing worse than booking a hotel room in your own country and not being able to understand what they are saying, because they can’t talk fluent English.

Could have had a few more options for breakfast.

It was very clean and comfortable stay. Staff are friendly. We asked for a late check out and they were able to accommodate it. It was easy to find and parking is included with the property.

When we were checking in, we were given a room that already had guests in and didn’t know until I walked in. but the staff was able to change the room to a more convenient one.

I liked the location. It was close to family and favorite stores. I liked the bed. It was very comfortable. I liked the coffee and breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I wished the room had a microwave.

Breakfast was excellent, coffee was good!, great to have so many choices and appreciated the individually wrapped items!

only complaint is noise at night - sounded like someone was entering our room but must have been other rooms nearby - keyless entry is noisy!

It was a great location just off the freeway. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items for hearty eaters and for restrictive eaters with diabetes. Thank you!

The hotel is new, rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with plenty hooks for comfortable storage. The staff is very welcoming.

Constant noise from the A/C even when switched off. The breakfast is highly unhealthy.

Lovely staff who went out their way to make staying over Thanksgiving comfortable. Just kind people.
