Convenient location to access various destinations in city and to east; location was quiet; free parking! Staff very friendly Room was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults; the electronic sun shade and black out shade were a nice feature and easy to use We used the gym, which was small but decent; we walked/ran from hotel to nice park with trails very close by Loved the 24 hour water bottle filling station with still and sparkling options

Breakfast was OK - limited to instant oatmeal for our vegan crew - and not sure the non vegans in our family would have been very thrilled by it. Coffee very weak. Though this didn't bother us, it might be helpful for others to know that there are no restaurants or stores nearby. The nearest minimart was closed every night we drove by (~10pm).

Everything was great the man who checked us in was very friendly. The room was nice, it wasn’t carpeted which is always nice. all the carpet in the hallway was clean, no stains and didn’t smell. There are a few park and rides that are very close by which is great if you’re going to the fair like we did. There are quite a few restaurants and grocery stores only a short drive away. Also the hotel is pet friendly.

The fan in our bathroom didn’t work and the room was quite humid our whole stay. There was also one member of staff that would stare at my family anytime we went down for breakfast or came down by the lobby. She would just stare as if we were going to steal something and she would watch us until we got on the elevator or went outside. It was very uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful, there is a fridge in the room, the electric plugs had usb ports, the bed was comfortable, and the exit stairways were wide.

No coffeemaker or microwave in the room, breakfast did not include any items a diabetic should eat, there was no instructions on how to activate the tv, motel was very remote to restaurants and down a curvy road that had no lit signs to where to turn in from the major street.

Breakfast was minimal. OK for me but lacking for my husband as he doesn't like eggs. Really liked the clean lines and newness of the facility. Loved not having carpet everywhere as you never know what is living in a carpet.

We checked in later in the evening - 10:30pm - and we had to wait for a while until someone actually showed up at the desk to assist us. Probably added 10 minutes to our check-in process. Yawn!

Very clean rooms and lobby! The bathroom within the room had shampoo, conditioner,body wash, hand soap, and body lotion so I didn't even need to bring anything. Breakfast options were nice.

The microwave was not available in my room but was in the lobby. No swimming pool.

The cleaning staff was exceptional. The assistant manager was so cordial and he was training a new girl…both sweethearts. The overnight staff was excellent and everyone there was calm and helpful . I travel for a living, and this staff was better than a hotel I stay at in Paris. Thank you and have a great holiday season. I hope they get a bonus.

The cleanliness of the hotel, my room, and breakfast area. Everything was exceptionally clean - more than I expect from a hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and informative.

The room could have been a bit bigger. With 4 people in the room with suitcases, we had to move stuff around just to navigate around the room. We went shopping at the mall so we added more packages to the room which made it even more tight.

Very clean and modern hotel. Our room was great, nice bathroom and shower, and a clean and comfortable bed. It was easy to find and has a decent sized parking lot. Close to shopping and restaurants.

I'm finding it hard to think of something we didn't like.

I'm happy there was no carpeting, no heavy furniture, no pumped in air freshener. Shampoo, and soap dispenser on wall saving the environment from too many tiny plastic bottles. For breakfast there was freshly ground coffee, hard boiled egg, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches etc. Perfect. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The only issue was the bathroom light on a senser and we couldn't turn it off at night.

EXCEPTIONALLY clean-which is what I require most when staying at a hotel. I was so PLEASED. It was spotless. Thank you very much for attention to all of the cleaning details.
