You know when you are planning a trip as you go and not sure where you're going to land or the hotel you'll have to settle for because it's last minute. That was me this trip. I arrived into town later in the evening and this was one of the properties that was left. I was only a couple block away so booked it. I arrived and the gentleman that checked in in was absolutely fantastic. Just an extremely nice guy, personable, and fun to talk to. It wasn't a "card and license, here's your room key" interaction. He answered a couple questions and directed me to my room. The room was absolutely fantastic! I'm not just saying that. I really liked the room. Spacious, comy, everything was clean. The bed is hands down one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have stayed in. In most hotels I toss and turn some throughout the night. Not so here. The bathroom was extremely clean and unlike some hotels there was true water pressure coming out of the shower. Frequent travelers know what I mean here. Breakfast was very good. A good assortment, even fresh fruit and a couple to go items to well if needed. The lady refilling everything and keeping things fresh was an absolute joy to talk to as well. I'm not adding extra superlatives for no reason. This is a fantastic hotel and when I am in the area again this will be the first place I check to see if they have a room available.

When I checked in with my parties Mike was exceptional he was very patient, understand and very knowledgeable. I recommend this establishment to my friend and family. House keepers where so generous and I could tell they took pride in there jobs and front desk personnel was awesome they kept a smile on there faces very hospitality thanks for making our stay perfect.

They kitchen person had a really bad attitude never smiled and I feel if your gonna work in customer service do ur job. But overall breakfast was ok.

We were pleasantly surprised that the staff on duty was able to change our room to a handicapped room. This made our visit even better. Lots of room for an electric scooter and a walk in shower made things great. Staff at check in were very friendly. Made everything easy.

I would have liked to see handicapped access on the front door of the building. If you are using a wheelchair or scooter it is very difficult to open the doors a get thru if you are alone. No other issues.

The staff was always friendly. I also liked the variety of breakfast food offered, including fresh fruit, muffins, yogurt, waffles, coffee, water, etc.

I was confused by television and limited cable channels offered. You may want to place a guide to available channels in each room. Although what made up for that was the opportunity to watch the Olympic coverage. This was very enjoyable. Everything else was satisfactory.

Very good Breakfast. Lots of options. Clean, large, nice, open seating area for breakfast and for sitting around the lobby fireplace. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Good location close to downtown and other shopping areas. Very nice, large suite with kitchen, living room area and separate bedroom.

Pool was closed for maintenance. No big deal breaker for us. Seems to happen more often than not where ever we stay!

Suite was awesome except for sofa bed- had to get a clean mattress cover as hair on one on it. Stain on mattress on sofa bed. Frame broken sloped downward at head of bed. Informed desk and they said clean mattress pad and said suites slowly getting new sofa beds etc but due to lack of storage only s few rooms at a time being done. He did offer to change our room but we doubled up on sheets etc on mattress

Breakfast was standard, Same breakfast was provided at a previous motel we stayed at. Liked that breakfast was provided as part of your service. Liked King sized bed and large microwave oven and large fridge. Lots of linen, enough for two days. Liked that the walk to the Convention Center was only a short distance away and was an easy walk. Quiet room and comfortable. Liked the comfort of sitting at a table and having chairs.

TV in living-couch area of room was low to the ground and smallish. Privacy curtain next to window had only 1/2 of the curtain hung, therefore used the solid curtains for privacy. Pool and hot tub enjoyable but water was too cool. Couch is starting to show it's age.

Location: perfect; easy access on/ off propert to attend a variety activities. Good bar and grills within walking distance.

Our room was 48 degrees and windows open. We checked in around 5 pm. It took most of the early evening to warm up. I had to dit in the lounge to warm up or even stand in the hallway. I understand a 69-65 degree temp in the room BUT NOT 48.

Breakfast was good. Pretty standard waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, toast, bagels, juice, coffee. the staff was wonderful we needed to check out after church which was 2 hours after check out and they let us with out a fuss. very clean and quiet. especially for being downtown in a college campus area.

So close to downtown Saint Cloud and less than 15 minutes away from family. Great price with a lot of amenities such as a full fridge with a freezer, a stove, and a microwave. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Saw a homeless person/drug addict one day walking the perimeter outside the hotel.
