Nice place to stay. Convenient fot traveling through. Establishment was clean and staff friendly.

No filtered water to drink. There was a water machine near check-in, but apparently the filter needed changed, and you could not use it. The red light stayed on the whole time we were there. No filtered water in the kitchen area. Usually there is filtered water with the beverage machine. Water from tap had chlorine taste. We finally thought about getting ice and letting it melt.

What we liked the best was the room we stayed in, a king bed with a sofa. In addition to being very clean, the lighting was some of the best we've ever had in a hotel, even compared to the higher priced ones. The bed was extremely comfortable, without any lumps or sagging of the mattress, which we've experienced in the past, again, even in higher priced hotels. The room temperature was controlled from a wall unit, which we like best, and the register was extremely quiet, so we slept well, in a comfortable bed and without being too hot or too cold! The breakfast was okay, with more available than we expected. There were biscuits, eggs, gravy, and sausage, something you don't expect when you think you're getting a continental breakfast. I liked the pancake machine, where the batter was already measured out and all you needed to do was push a button and a pancake was created and dropped out on your plate. In addition to these items, there were all the "regular" items like cereal, pastries, yogurt, etc. Having coffee available 24-7 is also a nice option.

We had trouble with the WiFi and never could connect to it. The first day we arrived, it appeared as if there was no password needed, but we weren't connected to the internet. On the second day, a password was required, but what was given to us when we checked in didn't work. We had other options for the internet, and because we were there for less than 24 hours, we didn't inquire about the WiFi issue. I'm sure, however, that others are counting on free WiFi, and this should be better explained to all customers when they check in.

Room was clean and the key card worked without having to have it re programed. TV worked for a change from the last two hotels I stayed at. The towels were replenished each day along with the soap. This was a nice change.

I didn't like the carpet as it smelled of smoke and other stuff. breakfast needs improvement

They had an easy checkin process, a good breakfast with hot items, and my room was cleaned beautifully during our stay.

They don’t have an elevator, which would have been a nice to have. Also, there wasn’t an ice maker on our floor. I think it would be pretty easy to add an ice maker. There is plenty of room for the addition of an elevator if they decide to do so. it’s only 2 stories, so it’s really not a big deal. We haul a lot of ball equipment, though, so for some guests it’s just for convenience.

The front desk staff were attentive and friendly. They were the highlight of the property. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and spacious enough for large crowds to gather. WiFi was easy to access and surprisingly fast.

The room that we booked was not the one we were given. But, our front desk clerk corrected this issue. The room was clean, except for the sofa bed. There was trash underneath the bed and crumbs on the mattress.

On the days when I woke up in time, the breakfast was decent for a free meal. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of it. Excellent price for value!!!!

booked a non-smoking room. 20 mins after I booked, we arrived. did not have non-smoking room available. front desk clerk provided spray to help but it didn’t last very long. breakfast options were meager.

Very nice and easy to get to. Very nice staff.

Shower had hair on the walls but to be fair you could only see it from certain angles so the maid probably couldn't see it.
