LaAugusta was everything, she is the sweetest person and she was there to help us late night when our card would not work and early morning..LaAugusta are you a vampire? LOL Nahhh, she is just wonderful. Our hotels was walking distance from the tamale festival. We had a ball and ran into friends and relatives at the same hotel and did not know they were staying there.

My mother in law would not be able to stay there next year when we come because there is no elevator, but we can stay there again and get a room with the fireplace. Also, it would be nice to have the area downstairs for a managers special at night or breakfast. But honestly we did not get up in time for breakfast, The bed and pillow didn't want to let us go.

This is a very nice hotel! It sits in the middle of downtown on a second floor. I was unsure of where to go, & next thing I knew the front desk was at the door greeting me & willing to help carry my luggage up the steps. Do not remember the lady's name, but she was so nice & enjoyable to talk with. The room is awesome & very clean. It had brick wall with a fireplace, which made me feel like I was home. Had one of the best nights of sleep being out on the road as a Pilot Escort. Place was quiet, even at 6 am. I would definitely return to stay when in the area.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating of requests for needed items. Knowledgeable of the area and attentive to needs and nuances. Coffee was great, multiple choices for continental breakfast.

the exhaust fan in the bathroom was wired together with the lights, was exceedingly noisy. There was only 6 electrical outlets in the entire room; this is not adequate for the charging/ recharging needs of the traveling public. There is no elevator to the second floor where the rooms are located, long flight of stairs, handrails ended before the stairs did. Need to change the web site to reflect this and that there is only on street parking available.

The staff member in the morning was helpful and professional. The view was nice and a clean room.Bed was comfortable and sleep well

At night the key didn’t work after a long night of partying. Could not even get in the building and it was dark out. Took night shift worker at least 15-20 min to get down stairs. The next night while standing up in my room another guy walked in.. His key worked my door. Luckily we laughed it off but this day and age could have been bad

The location was great and most of the things needed was with walking distance. The staff was great and friendly. I enjoyed the great restaurant and smoothie shop down the street front Skylight.

I couldn’t see anything been better right now except for some music in the area. Oh maybe if they can put an elevator in for the seniors. Keep doing what you are doing, a great place to stay in Greenville MS

Vintage building going through remodel to restore back to original hotel with really nice size rooms. Owned by a great, friendly dedicated couple, who provide great customer service and a nice place to stay. If your ever in Greenville,MS this is the place to stay.

I like that it was an old property that was refurbished. It’s beautiful. Lagusta was outstanding and made us feel like we were staying in her home. She was precious.

The walls are paper thin. You can literally hear what was going on in the next room.

Having to climb all those stairs too much for a person with bad knees. Thank goodness for the girl working sorry I forgot her name but she was wonderful

Great environment, quiet...very clean, nice spot for a quiet getaway or solo trip. The staff was very nice! The room setup was an amazing vibe!
