Our room was fully stocked and clean. Had four people and didn’t have to ask for extra towels. Now it is under construction but it was clean and no mess. They have high ceilings and our room had a ceiling fan which was a great feature. If you don’t mind a little construction, then you get a clean room and about 30 bucks below average price

I mention the construction because people usually look at cons first. We had a one night pass thru stay and our accommodations were more than adequate but if you just don’t want some visual signs of construction then don’t stop. We don’t mind and got a way below average price for a good clean room

The hostess at check in was lovely and sweet, called me by name and checked us in quickly. The room had a ceiling fan which I enjoyed. The full breakfast was good.

The elevator got stuck when it brought us to the second floor and never moved again. We had to drag our luggage down the stairs the next morning.

Room was clean, quiet and had curtains I could pull so it was dark. Lots of towels.

Had to go down a street and make a turn onto another street to get to hotel. It looked like it was right off the freeway on the map but it wasn't. Parking lot was almost full at 9pm. Had to park in back, so entered in the back of building. The hotel had only 1 elevator, so I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs since elevator was in front of building.

The location was fine. Didn’t have any noise , comfortable place to be. Sleep was amazing as always

There was nothing for me not to like other than my reservation being canceled without first contacting me which was easily fixed so there was actually no real issue.

the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. the breakfast was pretty good, I love the waffles. the dining are excellent. the room was very comfortable.

the first night I could not find the blinds to close them. I recommend you make sure guest know to look hard for blinds

The breakfast buffet and the women that took care of it were awesome😘❗

Booking.com had us in the wrong room. We had requested a handicap accessible room and we were in a non-handicap room on the 3rd floor about as far as possible from the elevator.

Breakfast was adequate.

Did not like paying in advance with no option for AARP discount or rebooking or cancellation. Will never use this reservation option again. The hotel stay, staff and location were very acceptable.

It was clean.

House keeping only came by once during our stay. I asked a housekeeper for towels she told me that she would let the person know who was responsible for our room. No one ever stopped by to bring clean towels. We had to go to the front desk for towels.

Food was good. Service great.

There’s only 2 handicap parking spots. My friend is a cardiac patient and handicapped so it was hard to get a handicap spot if we had to leave and come back
