One rude staff member

Staff were really helpful and willing to make sightseeing and food recommendations. The property was clean, safe, and the beds were comfortable. The other guests and their children were not disruptive. The breakfast was better than average though lacking in fresh fruit. AC was solid.

Three things for improvement are that (1) my coffee pods did not fit my coffee maker, (2) non-slip strips had been removed from the tub and left it more slippery than a regular tub, and (3) the fridge needed to be defrosted. Ice packs for my medications froze to the ice block, and water dripped into my food. One thing that is just a fact of the place is that some rooms face the freeway. I slept with earplugs and it was fine. People inside the property were not noisy at all.

Everything!! Bed and pillows soft and very clean. No stains. Large room high ceilings. Microwave refrigerator and coffee maker in room. All Staff was very friendly. Large kitchen dining/ setting area with cards and games for the family to play. Breakfast was awesome eggs sausage link and patties, waffles syrup , large fluffy biscuits great cooked there they had butter, honey and bagels, raisins bread ,yogurt oranges. Cereals and milk Apple, cranberry and orange juices. . And of course coffee. It was like breakfast buffet.

EVERYTHING!!! From the first front desk employee when we first checked in to the last minute late checkout we were able to receive in a pinch, I absolutely loved staying there and have told EVERYONE about our experience and how much we enjoyed it. I always get nervous when it's just my daughter and I traveling, especially late at night and being on a budget had me even more concerned about whether we would end up in a good place or not. But it was great!!! 10/10 we WILL be back!!!

The breakfast and location were good. Each staff person I interacted with was consistently friendly, humorous and professional. They answered all of my questions and provided much needed information about the area. They were a breath of fresh air and one of the reasons I will return to the property.

The bathroom really needs a makeover or renovation. I was relieved that it was somewhat clean. I also missed having the collapsible stand to sit my luggage on.

Have enjoyed staying at this property on a couple of trips to Jackson. I've been very happy with the room and staff. In particular, the young lady who manages the breakfast - Toya - is attentive and helpful!

This visit, my room wasn't up to par. There had been repairs in the bath, and workman left the sink dirty, used soap and tissue on the counter. He had used the toilet (tissue unrolled to floor) and sat on the bed. Told the ft desk upon my departure and they related it would be looked into.

We spent one night to break up our drive to Memphis and it was a great stay. Room is big and clean. Facilities were good and provided breakfast is always a big plus. Overall, would recommend!

They requested pre check in and then required those same details at the front desk so felt pointless and like double handling. Room was recently cleaned so smelt like bleach and was super slippery in the bathroom.

I loved the facility, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast being included was great! The staff was great and very accommodating!

I didn’t like that my room wasn’t as clean as it could have been! I found a bottle top on the floor, the mirrors both had dust on them, the telephone in the room was not working! I had to use my own phone to dial the front desk!

front desk staff member was sitting in car when I arrived around midnight, calling out the window “excuse me ma’am can I help you” multiple times which I ignored to walk into the building since I have never experienced this. then he was upset because I didn’t respond and was cutting me off when I was trying to speak stating that he was being polite. when he asked for my email I spelt it out then when it was printed out it was typed incorrectly. this staff member seemed to think he did not need to listen to customer at any point of time since his methods are accurate and polite. this initial encounter/ impression is why I did not rate the hotel any higher.
