The location of the Westin felt a little away from the busyness of the city. It was next to the Police Department so there were people out on the street (not a lot) throughout the weekend. It was easy to get on to I-55 from here and easy to find. The rooms were nice as well as the bathroom. We had a double queen room, that came with a shower tub combination and the depth of the tub was awesome. The indoor heated pool was awesome as well. We did not go in the Jacuzzi, but they have one. We also did not eat at the property. Front desk workers were super nice!

Leave a note for the people that bring dogs to make sure they clean up the mess around the property. I didn't notice if there were any doggy waste trash bins in the area, but that would possibly help.

Hotel is very modern and confortable. Vallet service works out very well. We liked our stay! Hotel is very well located as well.

We did not like the way the the hostess at the restaurant for breakfast treated us! She was very unpolite saying that as we did not reservation we could not have breakfast inside the room, but we were staying at the hotel.... it was very compelling.

The staff was amazing, especially Justin, who parked my car several times due to my absentmindedness, the front desk staff and the adorable lady who delivered my dinner.

I ordered a Dark and Stormy, which requires a specific rum. Rather than tell me that rum was unavailable, it was made with a different rum. I know it sounds petty but it's a specific drink.

First, I paid 226 for a room, but no microwave was in the room, not comfortable pillow my neck and back hurt right now, and the parking is ridiculous.

We love The Westin, its always clean, the staff is always super helpful and nice and the restauraunt and breakfast brunch is great

there was one mistake on our room service order but it wasn't that big of a deal, they took it off of our bill

We were traveling for military orders, from Las Vegas to Fort Walton Beach, FL... so we were just passing through. The hotel was beautiful, clean, well kept and the staff was friendly. The in room dining was fair priced and great quality. I appreciate the comfort during my long road trip. Would love to return someday! Thanks

We didn't have breakfast but the coffee and smoothie were great.

The only and I mean only negative we had was there are no recepticals outside the hotel to put doggy poop bags when responsible owners want to to the right thing. The only waste basket was inside the hotel and we didn't want to do that for sure so we had to bring it upstairs and flush it. They need to make pet owners responsible so pet recepticals would be great for us and the hotel.

et grits with your breakfast its a plus.The breakfast was great !! when you can get grits with breakfast its a plus.The valets deserve a raise,top notch and very nice.The front desk was top notch also,felt right at home.The staff as a whole is GREAT.I'll defininatly stay here in the future.We didn'y get to use the pool but it BIG andwarm(inside) Exersize room is BIG too.

Our stay was excellent! Your staff was so helpful and welcoming during check-in. Dinner breakfast was great. Our room was wonderful. Your facility was great but your staff was amazing. If we are ever in Jackson we will definitely plan to Stay with you
