The room was very clean and comfortable. Needed a pen and paper and was very disappointed to not find any in the room. That's standard items for guests to use. Also no booklet for local sites and restaurants. Not a good look for an upper class hotel. Need to get with the program Hampton Inn.

Didn't like the super slippery tub/shower. I believe this was the case because of the body wash that is being used. It's super oily/greasy and I believe contributed to the slippery conditions. Either that or was sprayed with a cleaning agent and not rinsed properly. I did slip and fell out of the tub and ended on the floor. This is VERY dangerous and definitely needs to be addressed pronto!!!

Breakfast was standard foods found at any hotel but the server was phenomenal - the hostess with the mostest! Indoor pool and hot tub very nice.

Computer system problems on check-in - charged my card but did not reflect on hotel system. Front desk clerk very friendly and tried to resolve but could not. It was resolved before I checked out next day. Received a wake up call at 6 am that I did not ask for.

excellent staff. very positive interactions with check-in man and with breakfast lady. My daughter went to the breakfast room at 5 AM to assemble gift bags for out-of-town wedding guests. The breakfast lady engaged with her, gave her some early snacks, helped her with assembling the bags as she was able, and offered her a cart to take the bags to her room.

I have a very serious concern. I wanted to take the stairs from the third floor for exercise. The fire door which accesses the stairs was impossible to open. The door sticks badly. Others in our party could not open it either. A very large man was able to open it only by throwing his entire weight against the door. This is a serious fire hazard. I am considering reporting this to the local fire department depending on your response.

we loved everything about the property! We’ve been traveling and to many other places, and this is the first place that we’ve been that we really love and felt very comfortable. Clean the rooms were luxurious, and we loved it so much.

Breakfast selection was good. Staff at the front desk was pleasant. Room was clean and very comfortable. Lots of room. The room had all the things you would need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.

I only had one poor experience. I asked for help in the breakfast area because the touchless juice machine wasn't working for me. The staff member asked me why didn't I just read how to use it. I'm a teacher. I'm not stupid and I did read the machine. However, I was not placing my finger close enough to the sensor to make it work. I could have did without her snarky comment. All the other staff was pleasant and helpful.

The area was easy to find right by interstate

I paid 160 after taxes for a different room because ours wasnt ready but we arrived after check in time so it should have been. I stayed the night after at another Hampton in with a room 2x the size of the one in McComb for only 110 after taxes.

The breakfast was great. My daughter has celiac disease and the staff was able to provide me with the case of omelets for me to verify ingredients. Super friendly staff!

Only one elevator was working and there were a lot of guests so there was a small delay when coming and going.

I always stay here when visiting family. BEST PLACE IN TOWN

There was a toothpick on the desk I got inside the room. It wasn't left for me as it seemed to be left by the guest before. No issue as everything else was great. Only hotel brand for me!!

Everything was good! We were comfortable and loved the fact that it was breakfast every morning! Staff was great!

It’s not the hotel fault but the water wasn’t working the day of my stay

Breakfast receptionist was outstanding very nice and very helpful.

Bathroom sink was clogged . But maintenance came rite away to address the issue .
