Having dogs it was wonderful to have a ground floor room! Easy access to going outside made it great for the required walks. Room was really nice, comfortable bed, very clean. Loved how to access the building you needed a key card. Breakfast was really good, a nice touch after a good nights sleep.

We did come in after dark so it was a bit unnerving with some of the people around the hotel but not guests. I did notice either security or a staff member would walk out and that helped me feel safe as well as the key card only access for all but the main door.

Very nice for a pet friendly hotel. My mother was able to park in the very first Park which was handicap. The room was originally on the second floor but she asked if we could move to the first floor and it was done without frowns or sighs. Our room was very convenient to the front and back door to take our little doggie out.

Staff was friendly. 15 minutes before checkout housekeeping was beating on my door. On my way out he did give me a big smile.

I know the pandemic is hitting hard but I missed breakfast.

We had stayed at this LaQuinta before, so we were familiar with the setting, the room and the breakfast.

The staff member who checked us in did not smile - not a requirement, but always nice to see.

The desk clerk was very polite and tried to help with the shortfalls.

The desk clerk was overwhelmed with clients with no help whatsoever. The cost was high with promise of food and coffee that wasn’t provided. We had difficulty with the air conditioning and was told the maintenance guy wouldn’t answer his phone. It’s 90 deg out at 10 pm. The room was 78. I should have gone to Marriott.

No breakfast served. I bought cereal to eat and they didn't have milk to offer. Yes it's pandemic, but some type of breakfast could have been offered or the price of the room should have been lowered because it stated online when booking breakfast was available on site.

When we checked the checkin clerk was Erika. She was neatly dressed, very professional and knowledgable and most helpful. A real credit to LaQuinta.
