Everything!!! This was a very short stay, BUT it was beyond our expectations. The rooms are freshly remodeled, the beds are brand new and extremely clean! The rooms did not even smell like it had just been remodeled. Sometimes when you take a chance on an outdoor entrance roadside motel you get burnt but this one was the best! Joshua (front desk clerk) was so helpful and kind! The breakfast was real fried eggs, sausages and biscuits & gravy, and self-made hot waffles. The kitchen staff was so amazing and such a sweet lady helped my kidos pack a snack for later on our road trip. I can't say enough good things

Everything was exceptional! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to assist. Terry, the maintenance man, was so helpful, as was all the staff. Our room was great and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! Breakfast was also hot and delicious! We will go out of our way to stay here again! We evacuated Florida due to hurricane Ian and were very frazzled, but our room was exactly what we requested -- ground floor, 2 queen beds, smoking, and two small dogs. The pet fee was so reasonable and I just can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay and the kindness of everyone we encountered, especially in such a stressful time. Thank you all!!

The only thing I would say, and this is tiny, but the room could have used a small table and chairs to be able to eat meals or play games, etc. Terry brought us a small table and another chair, so we were fine. Like I said, this is a tiny issue that was resolved!

The breakfast and the waitress were excellent. The room was nice and the staff and the check-in and out went smoothly.

I didn't know (I probably should have done more research) that there wasn't and elevator and the rooms were outside. I had problems with the stairs so I will not stay there again because of that. Otherwise, it was fine.

The room was clean, the beds were so comfortable, my kids loved the pool, breakfast was amazing& the staff were helpful. I loved the newly remodeled room.

I got a little annoyed at check in because they surprised me with an additional $200 fee. The staff was exceptional though. The lady explained that, I was paying with cash& the $200 was a security deposit.

Although this is an older motel, we found our room had been recently painted. Overall this motel is very clean and the lobby smelled of orange Pine Sol. I always wipe down the room counters with Lysol wipes and happily found no missed dirt. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and welcoming. They have a dedicated pet walking area which was a plus as we brought our two small dogs with us. Breakfast is definitely a cut above all motels I've been to since Covid started. We will stay here again in two weeks.

Excellent little place! Brand new. They are remodeling/ renovating all of the rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Real breakfast. Waffles, eggs, sausage, grits, Ect. Pool was nice. To cold to swim but would have enjoyed with warmer weather. I would definitely recommend!

Construction was going on (that happens), but we were out on the back side of the hotel on the upper floor. I don’t think there was anyone else up there with us. Then it was a bit of a distance after going up the stairs…If no one else was up there, why were we so far away?

Breakfast was very good! The lady working there was outstanding! Food was good and hot and the verity was great!

the main lobby bathroom was exceptional clean. getting off the road and having a clean bathroom is always a plus.

I usually stay here when I'm in the area, and everything is always good. The room is dated as it is an old hotel, but it's always clean & comfy. The breakfast was good. Lots of food choices nearby.

The mini fridge & microwave could be updated. They both worked; most places don't have them anymore so not a deal breaker.
