Room size was great and the location was great as well.

My husband and I drove over 9 hours to get here and wanted to check in when we arrived, usually most other hotels will allow us to check in before the 3 pm check in time if they weren't overly booked and they had the room we reserved available. The lady at the counter told us that since it was 1:30 if we wanted to check in it would be an additional $50 charge for the hour and a half that we were early. There was only 2 other cars in the parking lot when we arrived so we were hoping that she would be kind enough to let us check in early since we had drove over 9 hours. Needless to say we had to leave and go sit at a Waffle House for an hour and a half.

The breakfast was adequate. The breakfast room was comfortable. I liked that coffee was available throughout the day in the lobby. The evening staff (man) was very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

The day staff were not very friendly. The windows in the breakfast room could use cleaning.

Ken was so helpful when I checked in. I loved the location. We were there for a family reunion and it ended up being close to the reunion and town with no problem at all. Those beds and sheets were so comfortable.

Pool was relaxing,but since it is no shade, the water was not cool,it was actually hot. It felt more like a Hot tub.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful with everything. Hotel location was convenient and easy to get to from anywhere. Hotel pool was clean and very well cared for. Price was very reasonable for our two night stay. We will DEFINITELY be booking with Country Inn & Suites again in the future!

Wish the rooms were not as crowded with the desks and extra chairs. Made it feel crammed being that we had a 1yr old that likes to crawl around.

The staff (including the owner) were very helpful and welcoming. We were able to keep our dog in the room with us for a reasonable extra pet fee. The location was great for access to access to Ocean Springs downtown, beach, and shopping.

The exercise room did not offer a lot.

The location and price were good for our needs. The central cooling system was great and kept the room comfortable. Biscuit and gravy was good.

The eggs were cold and old. The room needed to be sprayed for roaches. The shower head only sprayed one speed...power massager. Not so comfortable trying to rinse off. The elevator shook violently when going up on last morning. Told lady at desk with multiple piercings and she said the elevator is old and it does that sometimes.

Check-in was a breeze. Friendly staff and clean environment.

I liked the comfortable bed and pillow choices, and the biscuits and gravy for breakfast! I couldn't get the tv to work, so the receptionist sent a maintenance man to my room and he fixed the issue and made sure the remote was working.

All was good, except there were some spaghetti noodles in the cabinet under the tv.

Location was ideal, the room was inspected before bringing in personal items and it was very clean. The hallways offer a different impression from the rooms. Hallways need work

I selected the property because it is pet friendly. However, there is nothing about the fee until check in which I felt was to high.

This place was great. We stayed from Mar. 13th till Mar. 18th. My room was clean and ready to check in upon arrival. The owners were very friendly. I got clean towels daily. I didn't have a problem getting clean towels. It was 2 of us in one room. And my folks in another room. My mom said she didn't have a problem getting towels. A room cleaning was offered we just said no thank you. Pretty sure you could have your room cleaned daily. Something that is very rare nowadays. Fresh coffee all day. When I went down around 8 p.m. it was out but the front desk lady said give her 5 minutes. I had no problem getting coffee for my coffee pot in my room. I also got some coffee for my dad. I was never once asked to show proof of empty coffee packages. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the grab and go breakfast. Apples, oranges, Cereal, Muffins, granola bars, coffee, juice, and the sausage sandwiches were offered daily. I was glad. Pretty sure the people that didn't get what they wanted came down around 9 a.m. I went down around 7 a.m. and had a lot of options. We dined out once a day. The healthy options were a welcome to me. I also bought groceries from the grocery store. The location was great. Right off the interstate. Waffle House and Circle K gas station within walking distance. The pool was open. That was great. My daughter swam daily. The fitness center was nice. I am not for sure what people are talking about. I didn't hear the dehumidifier nor the traffic from the interstate. They didn't bother me. I am glad they had them. Less humidity in my eyes. They must be light sleepers. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were fluffy. I bring my own pillow as well. I had a mixture of small and large pillows in my room. I am glad there wasn't carpet. We went to the beach everyday. The floor had sand on it. It was easier to get up. I hate carpet, so I was happy. Best part no pets. I have a severe pet dander allergy.
