Superb value for money, and super convenient to I35. This is my third time stopping here, all I'm looking for is to rest well overnight before continuing my journey either North or South. It's exceedingly clean with all the basics you'd need for a recuperative rest before journeying on, and plenty of eating options close by.

Nothing, it was above my expectations in value for money.

Close to interstate. Very friendly and polite young lady at the counter. Good water pressure in the shower. A/C worked good. Clean. Good value for the price.

Mattress and pillows weren't the best. Had a sore back and neck when I woke up. Whole place needs some updating. It looks as though they are working on that.

The breakfast area is spacious and easy to get to. There were several hot food items available as well as standard continental breakfast. Food was good. This hotel is older, but very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My only "complaint", there were only 2 pillows on the bed. Very hard to sit up and watch tv. Pillows were also very uncomfortable. Not a deal breaker.

Needed more pillows, but I didn't ask for extra, so just know to bring some or ask staff. The building is very old and looks a little scary, but the room was clean and secure.

Very nice staff! Although it could use updating, the facility was clean, smelled nice and rooms were very clean and comfortable. I'd not hesitate to stay again!

Like I said, it needs updating but what they have is kept very tidy and clean. So really, no bad points to be honest.

Very nice room. Comfy bed, quiet. Check in was fast and our room was ready. Has a fridge n microwave, hair dryer.

Pillows could have been better . They missed the usual spots in the bathroom but overall very clean & nice.

Staff was great and friendly, very quiet at night, no bugs, room very clean, bathroom spotless, staff showed me to my room and turned the air conditioner on, asked me if I would like to use fridge and microwave. Microwave and fridge very clean; looked almost brand new. He told me when breakfast was served and checkout time was. Room was super large, NO REPAIRS WERE NEEDED. Overall stay exceded my expectations. If I could rate this 1 - 10 with 10 being excellent, I'd give Family Budget Inn a 100! I will book with this motel again.

Everything was perfect!

It was what I was after. Basic, clean,comfortable place to stay for the night. I didnt care about internet, a pool, or it being fancy. I will stay there again!

The breakfast was Continental. Simple but fine.

The facility is older but clean. They are taking visible steps to maintain and upgrade. I appreciated that.

No frills but the rooms are clean and comfortable. This is my regular mid-point sleeping spot for a 2-day, 950 mile solo trip. I have stayed here for years and am never disappointed. Breakfast choices aren't great but there is a Mickey D's right next door.

Breakfast offerings could be better. Especially the coffee.
