Great central location, close to shops and restaurants. Only about 25 minutes from the city. Great staff, full breakfast and very clean pool. Overall was quiet and clean. We had the king suite and it had a full sized fridge and 2 burner stove, just a really nice hotel. 24 hour fresh coffee was in the lobby, and we were able to add an extra night to our stay in the room with zero problems. We will be back!

We stayed 6 nights and housekeeping didn't come tidy the room throughout. Nothing major, but emptying trash and restocking towels would have been good. Staff was very responsive though with any requests when we needed more linens and a couple toiletries we forgot.

The staff was helpful in changing our room when one with a sleeper sofa wasn't available. The room was clean and comfortable. My older kids had a blast in the pool with my husband while I put the little one to bed. The breakfast options were great! Everyone was able to find something that they could eat and would satisfy them for a while. The lady working in the breakfast room, Irene, was so kind and made us smile.

My only complaint is that the toilet paper holder in the room kept coming out of the counter. It was such a minor thing.

we have always liked Hampton. this one was a bit higher priced for just an overnight stay. Breakfast was good.

the hot tub was basically unusable due to it making a high pitched noise when on. the tv remotes were new according to the front desk. no one seemed to be able to help with it.

The location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb staff was really friendly and answered all questions if we had any had plenty of parking and easy check in and check out.

The only thing I can think of that could be better is the coffee and the selection. Need to have a dark roast that’s not decaf. Everything else was pretty good.

Breakfast food choices was limited, but the set up was nice. Very clean and staff was present to restock and clear away trash for guests. Very nice

Staff was excellent. Karen went above and beyond to make sure our needs were satisfied.

The hotel needed updates. Furniture worn. Bath tub needed replaced. You could see they tried to update the bath tub, but was not a good option.

The staff is so friendly and kind. When they had no more regular king rooms, we got a small upgrade at no charge since that is what we had booked.

Could have a few more low carb/ low sugar options for breakfast.

Continental breakfast was fine, standard options of eggs, buscuits and gravy, waffle station. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean, staff friendly.

The HOT tub was COLD; they had a maintenance issue with no maintenance person on duty. The hot tub was the top reason we chose this hotel, to relax after a long day of shopping.

Breakfast was top notch and the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

The bed was really hard and they charged my credit card $8 more than my final bill (?) I didn't bother to call them over $8 but this was a discrepancy on their part.

nice place to stay, no noise, friendly staff. Not too far from destination. great place to stay.
