Room was clean and didn't smell bad. My room was steps from my parking space. I would stay there again if needed.

I could hear everything going on the in the next room. I'm not sure if it was because it was a room that was connected by a door, but I could hear the person next door talking, their TV and then their snoring all night. I'm sure they could hear everything in my room too, so I tried to be quiet. The small fridge was very loud. I had to unplug it to get to sleep. I stayed there to be close to work during a snow storm and the parking lot was not plowed at all. The gentleman that was there the first night named Chris was super friendly and great. After that, the next guy seemed to not know much and wasn't equipped to be very helpful.

Breakfast location was good and continental is good to start your travels until you have a chance to get breakfast!

The room was like extremely HOT when we arrived. I realize we got there before anyone could turn up the air conditioning, but, it should never be shut off so it is just as hot inside as it is outside… not refreshing at all. At least keep the room AC running at around 74 degrees when people are not there to keep the heat and humidity out of the room. That is what we do at home! It is very economical and comfortable.

Very clean and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was very convenient.

In the handicapped room, the bed was extremely too high to get in and out of for people with disabilities.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The front desk clerk remember us from our stay a few days prior. The room was clean and well maintained. Ground floor request was honored.

No coffee pot in the room, but there was some coffee available in the lobby in the morning.

Breakfast was a joke... It consisted of little blueberry and chocolate muffins, 2 different cereals, toast, english muffins and oatmeal. That's it! Very weak so won't be back to this location. We frequent Super 8 and there is usually fruit, pastries, waffles, in Melbourne Beach in December they had Jimmy Dean's sausage egg croissants.

Chris at the front desk was incredible! He was extremely kind and helpful, we watched him help an elderly lady who was frustrated with Expedia. He was just great! The facility was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Newly remodeled inside, staff was attentive and helpful.

Wish there was an elevator to 3rd floor, although they were still remodeling. Wish breakfast was a little more substantial. It was a very minimal continental breakfast.

Staff was super friendly, my son fell and broke his wrist and they accommodated us in finding a few hospitals. I forgot our keys in the room and they gave us new ones so my older children could come back and sleep while I took my son to a children's hospital.

Clean and comfortable. And did great with connecting room like requested.

The only thing that we went pleased about was the breakfast. There was very little and it didn't really get replenished.

It was a good continental breakfast that included fresh fruit, juice, and yogurt.

I had to unplug the refrigerator to plug in the microwave.
