Extensive breakfast including hot eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, potatoes and waffles. Quiet, comfortable room. Front desk staff was SO nice and helpful even after I had forgotten to add that we had a pet at booking. He happily shifted things around and made it work for us. Seriously, the front desk employee was top notch: friendly and accommodating. Hotel is located off a main highway and easy to find. Beds were comfy and room was 9.8/10 clean.

Kids said pool was very yucky, cloudy water and hair floating around. They got in and got right back out. This is an older hotel that hasn’t been remodeled in a very long time. It doesn’t make the stay any less comfortable, but everything is quite old and worn. Room was clean except the windowsill, which had a lot of dead bugs and what looked like the top of a dime bag littering it and the window had lots of pet nose smears on it from previous guests’ pets.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Female front desk person at our check in was very friendly and knowledgeable about Hannibal and gave great suggestions about resturants

Breakfast Saturday at 0900 left some to be desired. The scrambled eggs were almost gone and dried and stuck to the bottom of the pan. The whole milk was soured. Only a few vanilla yogurt cups available. The whole breakfast buffet needed refreshing. The gentleman attending the buffet was not friendly and I am not sure he spoke English. When you tried to speak to him or smile at him, he just looked at you without emotion or response.

The breakfast was great! So many options. Room was very quiet and beds were super comfortable. We slept so well here. The room we were given when we arrived had not been fully cleaned. When we alerted the front desk we were promptly moved to another room that was clean. Employees were friendly. Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Excellent value for the money. We will definitely stay here again when traveling through. And next time we will make use of the pool! We were simply too tired to swim this time, but the pool looked great.

The word humble is a good way to describe this hotel. It's honest, clean, safe, friendly, but dated and not pretending to be what it isn't. The employees are busy and friendly, and I was pleased with the crisp white bedding, everything stocked and working in the room, and pleasant fresh air. The breakfast was hot, biscuits and gravy and eggs and waffles. Fresh apples, and juice choices. Coffee excellent. Quiet. Safe atmosphere as I was traveling alone with my 10 year old.

Updated caulk on the bathroom and curtains would be nice, but didn't detract from the positive.

Clean, comfortable,helpful staff

Booking.com never sent a reservation to the motel so we were told we had no room reserved. Staff was helpful but we had to contact booking.com ourselves and talk to someone who could remedy the situation and they had to speak to the manager of the hotel. We ended up canceling our reservation with booking.com and reserving a room at the hotel ourselves. Thankfully they had a room available. It was very time consuming and we were very tired after a long drive. I’m not sure I will use booking.com in the future

The room was amazing. Very roomy, with a separate bedroom from the main seating area. The room itself was very comfortable, and the restroom was clean with great warm shower, and good water pressure. The breakfast was awesome, and there were options for both warm and cold food. The property has a bar in the lobby, which is a nice feature. There are a couple of restaurants very close (walking distance) which is nice after a long drive. The outside of the building on the front has security cameras in the parking area. Pets welcome! Overall it was a great one night experience.

Everything was good overall, some features of the building seemed old (windows, and bathroom) however it did not detract from the quality of our stay.

Breakfast went well. The food was excellent. The service staff was very friendly.

There was one group of women that used the entry way library room to meet and were there for a prolonged time multiple times during our two day stay. The room was vacant at one point so I and a friend sat in that area to talk. The same group of women came back and promptly sat in the chairs surrounding us so we had to get up and leave. Extremely rude and maybe something the staff could have monitored.

It is a beautiful hotel, one of the best we have stayed in in the area. The breakfast area is soooo much better that many other places we have stayed at. The lady on duty was very tentative always checking things and tidying. The food was Hot. (Other places it's barely warm.) She was Great. I wish I had gotten her name. Love love love the set up of the breakfast bar. Was so nice to see a clean area that was meant for serving food and it was well maintained. The lobby is very nice. We actually sat there for a while. Wish the bar had been open. The pool and hot tub looked awesome. Unfortunately I was unable to access them due to a large group of kids. The room was a great size as well as the bathroom. It was so nice having a bathroom you can actually move around in. Everything was clean, even the hallways. Also it was nice to see a microwave in the room. Those have been missing in other places we have stayed recently. Also we appreciated have a table and extra chair in the room. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again.

The outlet/USB port did not work. Wish there was an adults only time for the pool and hot tub.(1 hour) Fire alarm went off...probably one of those kids did it

Breakfast was excellent. Maybe add some bananas and assorted yogurts. Pool was great. Room was neat and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There was an odd smell in the halls. We learned a few years ago to travel with room spray and our wax melter.

Breakfast is always good. I always stay at this hotel when on my way to Illinois. Have always found it excellent until this time.

phone buttons were not labeled so had to use my own phone to contact desk. Desk person didn't know which buttons were for front desk. Could not reset the clock after power went off due to storm. Tv not working due to storm. Never did.
