Our trip was for a concert at arrowhead. This hotel is located north of the stadium. We feel like it made our trip to and from the stadium much easier than others. The staff were all very accommodating, professional, and kind. The beds were comfy with good pillows. The location is more “industrial.” There isn’t much to do within walking distance. But we were only 15-20 minute drive from popular attractions.

The property was very clean, the rooms were very nice, the staff was great, and also they give you breakfast vouchers for your breakfast and it’s made to order. They also have a microwave, little fridge, and coffee maker in the room.

That it didn’t have a hot tub or a bathtub because I wanted to soak for a relaxing night. It’s all good though I survived..

Quiet location so I didn't have to worry about my vehicles. Clean facilities and good customer service.

Breakfast started at 7am on the weekend which was too late for us having to leave the hotel by 7 for our activity. They really should have an optional early-bird breakfast for those who are participating in activities that require them to leave early.

The only suggestion we would make is: Please put a safety, grab bar in the shower/tub. Tub is slick with no bar to hold onto. Thanks

It was clean and the location was really good too.

The hotel has a restraunt and bar. However on the second nite we stayed, we decided to stay in to eat there. We waited for about 30 minutes and saw that the bartender was the only one out with four customers at the bar but was making conversation with them. My husband then went to go and try to get her attention and looked at the menu, she looked over and did not even ask or care to see what he or we needed. The menu looked pretty good and wanted to see for ourselves but the bartender and whatever staff she have, lost business from us. Would not recommend this hotel if the bartender is more interested in flirting services vs doing their job.

The bathroom was super-clean. The shower was large, with sleek glass doors. I loved the small piece of art on the bathroom wall; refreshing, nice, uplifting touch. The room was also clean; bed and linens comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast staff were especially friendly.

Nothing. It was a nice, new hotel with modern furnishings and friendly staff.

The building is really nice. The room was comfortable. I liked the mattress. I got a good night's sleep.

Walls were thin. I asked for a late checkout in the morning and was given one but they cleaned the room anyways while I was gone. Realizing their mistake, I was still able to get back in. The restaurant was closed before I was able to get there to use it.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious for families. Every member of the staff was kind and accommodating. Location is great, not a far drive from Arrowhead stadium and Worlds of Fun is just across the street from the hotel.
