Actually we did not like the breakfast, it was not that good. The Coffee and hot chocolate was good but the food was not especially for the cost of this hotel. Also the website said you have a hot tub in the pool area and you did not, the pool water was cold. Both of those really left us with thinking we won’t book with you because of this issue. Mis-representation of the property and we had a six year old with us that was counting on that. You need to fix that and respond to this. I’m glad you are asking for input, I’m interested on how you will respond or if it goes into the unknown response box file?

Everything was clean, staff was great, breakfast was good. Enjoyed the pool. I loved that the hotel wasn't directly off of the interstate. Great quiet place for families. Rooms were very spacious. Large fridge, dishwasher, dishes, full microwave. You can even get a griddle to use at the front desk. Saves time and money when you're traveling.

I thought everything was nice. Nothing bad to say about this place. Best hotel we have been to in many years.

It was a goo location for a road trip - right off the freeway. The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The lady who checked us in was not super friendly, but she did her job well. The lady at the front desk in the morning was very nice. The gentleman who was there for breakfast was also very friendly and helpful as we were there for an early breakfast. Location felt safe and quiet.

The breakfast was better than most hotels I’ve been in. Actually gives you a really wide variety of food to eat. Our favorite was the waffle maker. Hotel was very comfy, very clean, smelled good. Hotel room was nice but not what I clicked on when I booked my room online. I reserved a room but didn’t put any money down but when I got to the hotel room it wasn’t quite what I had booked. It’s okay the room turned out fantastic but wanted a bit more privacy from my kids. Non the less it gave us a good bonding experience. Pool was a great my kids were sooo excited to swim in the pool! And quite frankly so was I! It was warm and fun, clean. Was really close to food places and entertainment. Staffing was really nice and had great attitudes. Would definitely stay here again, but make sure I have money on my card next time. 🙂

I didn’t like that you couldn’t pay with cash! I’m sorry but what hotel doesn’t let you pay with cash. I mean some people want to be discrete or just don’t like using a card. It was very frustrating that I pulled cash out for my trip and couldn’t even use it in the hotel we stayed in for 2 days. My kids wanted late night snacks and I couldn’t buy them from the hotel cause you had to pay card and who wants to get dressed and drive and leave to the gas station just to do so.

We didn't have a lot of time there...it was a stop on our way to Texas but the room was amazing with a small kitchenette as an unexpected surprise the bed was incredible. Best night sleep I had all vacation.

Can't think of anything except that we didn't book it for the trip back home.

What didn't I like- NOTHING. The best stay I have had in years at a hotel. The facility decor was great, clean, well appointed. Staff efficient and friendly and nice. Pool excellent. Handicapped room 414 excellent-bed the best. Set up perfect for me in a wheelchair. Good handicapped parking. TV and channel/cable selection-the best. The breakfast was great. Little incidentals all accounted for-towels/extra blanket etc. Loved the eye make up remover pads in bathroom. I will be trying to stay at Home 2 Hilton's in future as much as possible.

NOTHING

Loved how welcoming the night staff lady was who checked us in at 1am. She was helping us get checked in quickly, offered extra blankets and water. She was a pleasant surprise at the end of an exhausting 12 hour day of travel with my family.

The room temp (85 degree) was very warm although we turned the temp down it made little difference.

The STAFF especially the Night Staff were SUPER FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. These two ladies had the BEST attitude. They were so helpful.

If I had ANY problems, they were minor and BECAUSE of the STAFF, I don’t remember. Everything about the property was satisfactory.

Nice large room. Really liked the larger than usual refrigerator. Was very quiet. We had a room on first floor close to exit & car which made for easy loading and unloading. Close to town and dining.

Clean, comfy beds, spacious rooms, good quality TV! And great breakfast, the lady in charge was very nice, kept everything full, clean and looking very nice!

The only issue we had was the pool was unavailable for our first nights stay!
