Staff were so courteous and pleasant. The entire hotel was clean. Room clean and amazing with all amenities. The beds are super soft and comfortable. My favorite was the bathroom with the double shower heads where you can change the pressure. After all the stress of the storms and no power, an extremely hot shot was the icing on the cake. Close to lots of restaurants, walking distance to Syberg's. Breakfast was great!

Our dresser drawers would not stay close. We had to prop our suitcase against it to keep it closed.

1st, the lady at the front desk when we checked in (Dashia) was very very pleasant and upbeat. Great hospitality and very welcoming. 2nd, the hotel was very clean and smelt amazing. 3rd, the bbq place across the street (Bandanas) was sooo good! The manager was even great. The room was huge, the pool was decent. They have free hot breakfast, but we didn't eat it because we wanted waffle house lol. Their workout room is open 24 hours. This is a great place to stay. Very nice!

The only reason i gave a 9 instead of 10 was because we were in a queen room with 2 beds and a sofa bed but there were only 3 sets of towels(most have 4) and no bedding for the spfa sleeper, I had to go downstairs to get both which honestly isnt a super big deal. The only real negative we had, which has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel itself, is the people above us who let their kid run back and forth til 2am and start up again at 7am.

Our room was the perfect setup for our family of 6.

While the staff was pleasant, there was no "above and beyond" service, i.e. I noted in our reservation we'd be using the sofa bed. Upon a late night arrival, the sofa bed wasn't made nor was there bedding in the room for it. When I called front desk they said they typically like to keep the extra bedding in the closet but if it wasn't there I could run down for it, which I did. There wasnt a fitted sheet in the set so we had to use a blanket for it. There are a few opportunities of better service for that scenario.

I loved the location of the hotel, good restaurants were conveniently located

The dishes were not clean in the dishwasher, there were no paper towels and the breakfast was tasteless, boring, unappetizing and no choices i.e bacon/sausage. You couldn't taste any love in the food, in a word - eat this to hold you over until you can get something else.

The check in staff were super helpful and very welcoming. We came with a large group with very young children and they were exceptional with getting us checked in quickly to get the kids to bed. Breakfast both days we stayed was very good. And the pool was clean. Only issue we had were they ran out of towels and in our room we only had a single set the first night and had to ask for enough for the 2 adults and 4 kids in our room.

Parking was hard to find.

It was okay. Not anything to write home about. Would have liked a donut or pastry selection.

The couch in a handicap accessible room should be at a higher profile. Or a chair that lifts up and down would be nice.

Great Location. Front desk customer service Alexa was very helpful and accommodating with my request.

Bed and linens needed additional care. Breakfast selection very limited.

I stayvweek before as well, but this week was constant noise over my head till 1130pm 1200 midnight

Rhonda, made my stay so nice. Seeing her bright smiling face every morning when I went for coffee. She is an excellent cook. I enjoyed the Wednesday night meet and greet. Christopher at the front desk made me feel very welcomed.

The whole experience and stay was amazing. The staff were all friendly and eager to assist us. The room was absolutely amazing. Breakfasts had something for all ages. Will definitely return.

That the window in the room didn't open therefore no evening fresh air could be allowed in.
