Staff was great, VERY pet friendly, loved having the bar right there. The bar is a one of a kind you should definitely visit. The way it’s decorated makes the bar.

Not the cleanest, I was on the second floor with tall ceilings tons of cobwebs with bugs in them. The shower was not very clean and there were others hair left behind. The continental breakfast was taken out of larger cereal bags, and put in Ziploc bags and left in the room, along with milk and orange juice. I like the idea, but I’m not gonna eat something out of a Ziploc bag and not the original packaging. I had two full-size beds one of them had plastic on it and the other one didn’t. The Plastic was really loud and made the bed unusable.

The staff was very friendly. They have a lounge right next door that served pizza and a couple of sandwiches.

There were a lot of mosquitos in our room. They were very bad outside. I know they can't control that, but there was a lot getting into the room.

Your room opens to a shared balcony, very spacious and high ceilings. Deep bathtub. Towels smelled so nice. Very little traffic/noise. Felt like we had the whole place to ourselves on a Saturday night nye weekend. We didn't get to check out the bar but it looked really nice. Beautiful pond and veiw. Pet friendly with 25 fee. Direct TV. Hot water. Very clean and smelled fresh. We were happy.

Bullwinkle Lodge is a charming rustic motel with a great out of the way location. The pond with two covered gazebos is a very nice feature. We were looking forward to trying their restaurant, but it is temporarily closed. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I think it offers a great deal of value for the room price. we would definitely stay here again when our travels take us to Poplar Bluff, MO.

It would be nice if they offered a courtesy continental breakfast, which they may do when their restaurant is open.

The property was very inviting with rustic charm, and friendly staff! The room was clean and comfortable, and peaceful , no noise from the highway AND they have a great photo op with the moose out front!

Quiet and comfortable; fun quality decor; felt safe! On a cross country trek for a funeral and this place brightened my day!

I wish I had time to stay longer. I wish my family could have come with me

The whole property was really neat. The lounge was very nice with all kinds of stuff on the walls. The waitress was super sweet and accommodating.

mattress needs to be flipped. need a better breakfast. pet fee is like renting another room. it made me not care if they messed up the room because I paid a lot for the staff to clean up after them. however they didn’t, they are both potty trained. also, turn the outside fans on during the day when it’s so hot.

Room was very large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Our room had a counter with a sink that the microwave sat on, a little kitchen area.

Only had on recliner and a desk chair. Another comfortable chair or couch/loveseat would have been nice

I was there during a heat wave and the room was very cool and comfortable. Very spacious. Host offered me a free bottle of water to help me cool down after I arrived. I put the water in the fridge that was in the room until it was cool. It was nice that the location was on the main highway as I was travelling through.

It's a bit of a drive into the city to get some food.
