It was one of the best hotels that i have stayed at during my whole vacation, including the state of Mississippi and Pensacola, Florida. There was a great dinner cooked, not instant! and breakfast that morning. and at dinner was offered 3 alcoholic beverages, which was well needed! The pool was great for my girls to swim in while i liked the hot tub better. It also had a place where i could go to check my emails on their computer, with a printer. We will definitely be back!

The only problem was that the bed was a bit soft, too soft for me but everyone else was fine. The dinner was over at 7pm and which was a bit early since we arrived a little later than check in, so we were a bit rushed, but still got to take our food to our room to eat for later and the kids ate in the cafeteria.

Included dinner, drinks, breakfast, and all the amenities are always a super perk of staying at a Drury, this time around was a trip planned by my wife for my birthday, and the room was decorated and I was even given a card and small gift. Always will choose a Drury over any other hotel! Service is always A+ as well, all staff is super friendly and helpful, never felt disrespected and any and all questions were answered with no hesitation and a smile on their face!

My only complaint about the whole facility is the pool area was slightly small so it's difficult to have much privacy from other guests, there is also no bathroom in the pool area and you have to walk a decent bit to get to the restrooms (which could have possibly prevented the next problem), and after we arrived back from dinner, the pool and hot tub were closed because of a guests child having an accident (not the property's fault at all, and fully understand closing to clean properly) but that was a bummer because we planned to stay at a Drury for the extras, and it is one of the only properties in Bluff with a hot tub.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. The room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms that I have stayed in. The pool and hot tub were fairly nice as well. The hotel is up to date and does not feel old. The room had plenty of outlet space as well. The 5:30 kickback and free breakfast also were really nice. All of it was included in the stay. The food was served on an actual plate with actual silverware and was warm.

My special request for a top floor room was not followed. I was given a bottom floor room, which was not at all what I wanted. Don't waste time on filling out the special request box, it does no good.

The hotel was nice!! it was in an area where you could walk to the eating places. A lot of shopping was within walking distance. The staff was amazing. My sons both had basketball tournaments in the area so they were able to accommodate date us with them having an entire floor for two teams was great! We will stay again when in the area!!

Nothing to dislike

The hotel was super clean and comfortable. The pool, even being half outside, was not too cold. The breakfast was amazing and there was free dinner as well and it was really good. Plus, you can get three free drinks at dinner (if you are of age). Overall, it was an amazing place to stay.

Very fast check in, staff was great very very friendly and helpful. My kids loved that there was drinks and pop corn. We had just drove from Galveston Texas and were on our way home to iowa, so we had been driving for 12 hrs. So the snack and a movie was perfect.

Didn’t like the baseball kids in pool area screaming the whole time. But that’s more so on the parents and teaching them to respect others.

Round bowl toilet in one of the bathrooms. Water was leaking at shower hose connection at wall. Shower head bracket was loose. Rust stains on wall and tub from grab handle . No exhaust fan in both bathrooms.

The location suited us , easy to find , easy to park. Breakfast room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of choice. For evening meals there is a a choice of two in walking distance.

A bench outside would be nice to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in a morning. Others wise there was nothing we did not like ,

I really liked the customer service. The employees were all so very nice!! It was a very clean welcoming atmosphere!!

It was a little on the pricey side for a one night stay( if we would have gotten there before we did 645 we could of had dinner & a couple drinks which were included in our stay,and that would have been more reasonably priced)

Friendly staff, comfortable beds excellent breakfast and good “Kickback Hour”.

They need to replace carpet. It has passed its time!
