Quiet, clean and spacious with a good breakfast

The elevator is slow but I’m not complaining.

We went for a wedding - hotel was right next door to wedding venue, and across street from the reception hall. We were able to walk to both. Fresh warm cookies at the front desk was nice; wonderful coffee (decaf for me!) and creamer, available whenever I wanted it. The young man who worked the breakfast was so nice, had a great positive attitude and was so helpful.

I felt that the price was higher than it should be - probably $50 - $75. The breakfast was just OK - would have liked to see biscuits & gravy also, or donuts. The gym could have been larger with more equipment - since it was raining I could not walk outside. I felt crowded/cramped.

It was within walking distance of old St. Charles, but was on a quiet end of Main Street. The room was quiet and comfortable. Justin, the front desk representative, was welcoming and gave us a choice of floors. The cookies were a nice treat for my husband.

As someone with celiacs disease, the breakfast selections are limited and it can be difficult to know what breakfast selections are gluten free and free of cross contamination. These are issues no matter where I stay, so it is more of a mention than a big complaint.

The location was close to shopping and the Katy Trail. Folks at the desk were extremely nice.

We booked our reservation through Booking.com. We were quoted $392 or $196 ea for 2 rooms. We were given a confirmation code, but it did not have the quoted price on the confirmation. When we got to the hotel, the desk folks said that the quoted price was not their price. Our rate was $216/room. This feels like bait and switch. It seems fraudulent to have an agent of your hotel offer a price on the phone, then have no knowledge of it when we arrive at the hotel.

All of the workers were exceptionally pleasant and really wanted to make sure your stay was great. Justin Worked the reception desk in the evenings.And weekends and was awesome. He could answer any question about attractions or places to go or services needed and helped in a professional way.Anyway he could I highly recommend the stay here. Rooms were clean breakfast. Every morning was good I would return anytime.

We stayed here for 3 nights.And there was not a thing.I could say we didn't like.

Great location near old town St Charles. Close to walking and biking trails along the Missouri river. Breakfast staff was helpful and friendly, but not so much for the front desk personnel. Convenient and safe parking underground. Clean and quiet room.

Front desk attendant was not helpful. Didn't tell us which way our room was, as she wanted to get back to her phone.

Breakfast was good and changed options daily. I wish the water stayed open 24/7 for refills though. The attendant working breakfast was fabulous! Room was spacious, bed was comfy. Location was PREFECT and so easy to access. Cover parking was a plus. Workers were all very helpful and friendly. I'd highly reccomend.

I was disappointed that housekeeping never came by. We ran out of towels and TP and had to ask for more. Making our bed every night wasn't what I enjoy when on vacation. Our trash was overflowing. Our stay was 4 nights five days which I would think be enough time for a refresh or a drop by to see if we needed anything.

The room was very spacious, everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and there were thin pillows, not only those thick pillows as in other hotels that are impossible to use without have an injury on your neck. Also the woman at the front desk in the afternoon is great. The breakfast was above the average. The neighborhood is great to take a walk at any time of the day.

The only thing I could say is that there was just one small shampoo and we were five persons.

Attractive hotel just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The front desk staff is great and took care of some shipping for us. The suite was spacious and clean. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Breakfast was above average with many options. Fruit and coffee was available 24/7.

The TVs did not have any streaming options that many hotels now have. The front room (living room) does not have windows and needs better lighting.

Suite was awesome, we loved the separation door from the living quarters to the bedroom. Hot water was fast to come, breakfast was amazing 😍 location was perfect for walking to main street! Movie theater, pickle ball, lots of restaurants so close by! We will be back for a stay

The computer 🖥️ station was super slow, and you can't save to a flash drive or at least the front desk ladies couldn't show me. But loved the printer so I didn't have to use the flash drive for that but I couldn't save my work.
