They were polite and considerate as we made reservations last minute and didn't make it in until long after the check in time I had originally planned for. They were also kind enough to keep my children and I on the first floor.

I understand that the paint colors are probably not something someone might usually bring up, but the only dislike I really had was the very ORANGE color of the room we stayed in. I love the color orange I just felt the particular shade of Orange they chose was more of an accent color. Other than that, I have no complaints.

We got 1 of the loft rooms with the 2 beds upstairs, and it was roomy, clean, and very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise to us, and the pool area was large and comfortable. Even with a lot of people in there, it is so spacious it didn't feel crowded.

The lady at the desk the afternoon when we checked in was kinda snotty. The remote was not "connected " to the tv and when we asked for help and she asked what room we were in, she was irritated that we needed help. The lady in the morning was sweet though.

This is a very nice hotel to stay in. We stay here each year when traveling in the area. Bed is very comfortable, soft sheets, very clean. The pool and hot tub are clean and nice. Breakfast was sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Or you can go with waffles, toast, donuts, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

The air conditioner was hard to keep regulated. The room would be hot, cold, hot, cold, etc. Everything else was fine.

The location was awesome! We had a huge suite that was plenty of room for us and the kids to have our own space. The pool was a hit with the kids as well. There was plenty of parking for us and our trailer. The price was very awesome for this size of room.

The room where we were located was too far from the wifi in the office. Id definitely have that issue fixed. The only thing about the property was the A/C above the door on the end of the building where you could enter and go to the stairs was wet and very slick from the water dripping from the A/C. It was funny to us because one of the kids slipped and almost busted their butt. Id hate to see someone a little older fall and hurt themselves.

Very Clean, updated, and lots of space. We got the loft suite which had a king size bed and queen pull out couch downstairs and a loft upstairs with two queen beds. $130 a night for that is a great value. And.... There was a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom!!!!! Tv's we're also good sized and there were three desks for everyone to use and plenty of space for storage.

The pool doesn't open until 9am and closes at 10pm so if you are doing stuff during the day it makes it hard to get time in for swimming. It would also be nice for them to have a few exercise machines. The beds were a little firm for my taste.

The property smelled and looked clean. The grounds, lobby and hotel were very well taken care of. It really felt like they went out of their way to ensure your comfort. The front desk staff answered my oddball questions and were extremely friendly.

This place was great. Staff was very nice and informed us of everything we would needed to know, The room was great and the pool/spa was very nice. Breakfast was good, Keep up the good work!!!

Our stay was too short. We were in the area for a funeral, so to be comfortable was great. We plan to be back again soon.

The hotel is located across the street from the Bass Pro and Wonders of Wildlife Museum and Aquarium. There are many place to eat nearby and the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The day we arrived they drained the pool for maintenance

Their breakfast needs to be a little more to pick from than a bunch of sweets if you're diabetic you can't eat hardly anything there at all, and if you have children they really need to put them on the bottom floor I got tired of listening to the children running across the floor above me all night long.

we always stay here, love this spot to stay in Warsaw, the staff are super friendly. check in is always easy, breakfast is good, pool is amazing, it’s always clean and comfy.

at breakfast some of the guests’ kids were unsupervised and making messes, but that is expected anywhere you stay. staff was friendly and just cleaned it up.
