The staff their is always friendly. The best are comfy and the pillows are soft and great.

They took out the hot tub which is sad. Also PSA if you try to use booking after midnight DONT. It will book for the day that you are anywhere from 1 minute to a few hours into and not for the night. I booked at 1 a.m for that night and when I went to check in booking.com had reserved it for the date which was the 7th by 1 hour. Therefore I had to pay for the night I needed which was the 6th and for the 7th because it was non refundable... Therefore I ended up paying for 2 nights due to a system flaw. I don't know many people up at 1 a.m booking hotel for the night that is roughly 20 hours away.

The location is great and easy to find. We have stayed at this Quality Inn every time we go to West Plains. The staff were all friendly and gave great service.

Our room was on the 3rd floor above the metal roof over the front entrance. There was a severe thunder storm and the rain beating on the metal roof was very loud! So it was hard to get some sleep. Also for the first time, there were no eggs on the breakfast buffet. Otherwise the breakfast was very good.

The location was perfect and easy to access every where we needed to go.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke when we checked in. They came right away and sprayed some neutralizing spray and it was better. Pillows still smelled like smoke when we slept though. Breakfast was very cold and the sausage used is very different.

The location of the property was just right for were we needed to go. The room was clean and the staff was more than accommodating. The beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast was good but if there was a little more space to expand the menu, that would make it much better. We do understand that not everyone has the room.

Nice hotel and great location. Breakfast was delicious the only thing missing was scrambled eggs otherwise it was a good selection to choose from.

I pulled the covers back and there was a clump of hair which was gross and made me suspicious that the sheets hadn’t been changed. Fortunately since COVID I travel with a Flat sheet to use so was able to deal with it without being grossed completely out.

Bathroom could use an update ! First place that I have ever stayed when I asked for extra towels I had to take old ones down to desk and exchange ! My wife wanted extra towels for her hair they said no

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were provided shampoo, conditioner, and lotion (which all stay there) and not in those little bottles.

The breakfast wasn't very fresh, but we may have just gotten the end of the batch, and more may have been coming

The king bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast they provided each morning. The location to the river for our float trip was ideal and restaurants and other services were close by and easy to get to from the hotel.

The water pressure on the shower was very low, but the bathroom was very clean and updated.

We enjoyed our 1 week stay and we’re given a room on the 3rd floor which had valued ceilings. The beds were comfortable also!

The swimming pool was very cold but we didn’t mind as it allowed us to have it to ourselves most of the time and cooled us off!

The location was great for what we were there for and the staff were great.

The floor was really sticky and my bed slanted to the side and I almost rolled off the bed onto the floor the first night.
