We paid a little more than the going rate for a hotel room but got so much more—and things we are not used to getting. We are definitely not accustomed to having someone carry our luggage and transport us to our room, but we very much appreciated it. The room itself with full kitchen and appliances and the closet space were awesome for a longer stay; sadly we only stayed one night. The bathroom was nice and roomy. We enjoyed the living space to converse with the friends we came with. Having our bed prepared while we were at dinner was something we were shocked about even after being told about it. It was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good and the lifts rides helped us get more pictures. We all noticed that every employee was EXTREMELY polite and very hospitable. We enjoyed it here very much.

Several restaurants were not open later and we would’ve liked the buffet breakfast—even though breakfast was very good.

The room was luxurious and well appointed with a small kitchen. The view of the mountain out of the window was beautiful. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I wasn’t aware our room also came with two lift tickets, but we took all three lifts up and hiked down and it was lovely. The village is so convenient for food, drinks and a little shopping. Was the last day of our vacation after coming thru Yellowstone so we felt pampered and were extremely happy with the hotel.

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is right in the mountain village. We booked a studio room and we thought the price was great. When we arrived, we were surprised with an upgrade into a one- bedroom suite, which was huge and beautiful. The decor is fun all throughout the hotel. The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful. We even got evening turn-down service. We enjoyed a complimentary breakfast that was so delicious. Everything about our stay brought us joy!

What a fabulous property with all you could need for a fun stay. So much to do and we wished we had planned to stay longer. We definitely want to come back!

Wayfinding for the most part was great, but it was hard to find Chet's and the free breakfast location would have been referred to Chet's as well. It's all good though, we found it.

The location was superb, the comp breakfast was delightful, and the room was more than enough space for us. What will bring us back again is the staff, who were always friendly and conversational.

The room was a tad dated and the restaurants/market charged exorbitant prices.

We are travelers and can say with high confidence that this is the best place ever, the most delicious breakfasts, very specious and cozy studios, and greatest mountain vibes. Something very special about this place.

Room was wonderful, of course the location is superb, scenic lifts and hikes were a pleasant surprise, and dinning at Chet's, while a bit over budget, was top notch.

The bed. Almost slept on the couch because the bed was so uncomfortable. Too firm in all the wrong places, even a half dozen extra pillows didn't help. We fitfully slept about 5 hours each night and had to take naps on the couch during the day.

Breakfast is good, but the lines could be better managed, and I was craving some veggies. The rest is great!

Breakfast was good but inconsistent.

Eggs were usually dry (overcooked). Several items had run out and not replaced quickly. Table service was lacking.

breakfast was fabulous, great way to fuel up before skiing. the location was perfect for skiing Big Sky. Hot tub was fun to sit in and watch the last people of the day ski down the moutain.
