The location is convenient, the breakfast was nothing to boast about. What’s with those eggs? Were they eggs? And the tiny glasses for juice and milk?

Standing at a empty counter waiting for someone to show up for check in was a bad thing. Hope the guy and his dog had a nice walk. I purchased beverages from the fridge in the lobby, the same drinks for four nights. Different prices each time, why not put a price on the fridge so the front desk occupant and the customer can both read it.

Staff was friendly, although housekeeping didn't seem to speak much English. They were still quite friendly and accommodating. We had a leak that started under the sink and let the front desk know. They sent someone to our room immediately, and it was taken care of quickly, quietly, and courteously.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the room was too hot. We had the air conditioning on full blast the entire time. It was blowing cool air, but it just wasn't strong enough for the large room we had.

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and i formative. I was traveling alone, and they put me in a room close to the front desk. I very much appreciate that.

The bed was a bit hard, and there was not an extra blanket in the room, I always use the extra blanket . I thought the quality of the room for the price was a bit high compared to other hotels in that price range. But it was nice and it was clean. I didn’t care for the location right by Walmart. I checked in late, and there were a lot of people walking around, I felt a little unsafe outside, but not inside.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, nice breakfast every day. Used the hot tub and pool, clean and nicely maintained.

Room was spacious and comfortable.

Since the breakfast limited (not your fault due to COVID) we preferred to eat a more substantial breakfast elsewhere..it would be nice if you discounted the price of the rooms since you cannot provide a good wholesome breakfast to patrons. I also have NEVER been charged a deposit for a Hotel room before. I suspect I will get it back but was very unhappy with this requirement. I will see how long it takes to get my deposit back as stated. Once I do I will be glad to make a better recommendation but for now I cannot.

Our room had a massive sitting area, breakfast was phenomenal, very clean, staff was friendly and let us borrow a shovel to dig our car out of the snow.

Parking lot is incredibly full, very few handicap spots. We ended up having to carry our our fully disabled child inside because we couldn't push their wheelchair in the snow and the side entrances were not shoveled for accessible access.

This is definitely a kid friendly facility. It’s located close to Walmart and a great choice of restaurants. The kids and I loved the pool and weight room. I will be staying there nex time I’m in Bozeman

I was traveling with my mother who doesn't know the area well, so the little brochures downstairs were super helpful for her. The breakfast was further grounds for praise as there was significant variety, and all the food tasted good. I would definitely stay here again!

There weren't cleaning services every morning unless requested which made staying there for almost a week a little stressful. You had to the request the services the night beforehand due to "Covid" despite most regulations in Montana being lifted which was a little odd. It would have been better to ask us if we wanted the cleaning services included before our stay as we were there longer than one or two nights.

It was a good place to stay. Breakfast was decent. Room was huge. Most staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub were good.

Eggs weren't very good at breakfast, and the worker in breakfast room didn't even respond when we said good morning.

Staff!! Hands down fantastic!! My boyfriend was carrying our son while pushing the cart with all of our stuff. It wasn't working. Meanwhile I left to park the car... A front desk worker offered to push the cart way down to the elevator and to our room. She was so friendly and helpful too. All the staff was. Another woman helped us in the morning with info about Yellowstone. THE best staff at a hotel I've stayed at in a long time!! Also great beds, pillows, and linens.

I thought the suite had a main room and a bedroom with a door to shut. Our son was very tired and we just set up his pack and play in the corner. It was fine. But after 5 days of no phone service or tv, we just wanted to watch tv and hang out. Instead we had to whisper and watch tv with subtitles. I was only slightly disappointed, but the impression I got from your listing of this property led me to believe it was a separate room.
