Starting with the staff,excellent.The hotel itself was nice with its warm lobby area lots of comfortable furniture,fireplace and places to sit.24 hour coffee ,I think (was not up at 3 am ,which can be common for me).lobby 10 out of 10.The room now,plenty of pillows and plush towels,a real closet ,hangers,full full length mirror on outside,a 3 drawer and 3 open shelves furniture for the clothes ,I’ll give it 10/10.The bath ,hot water,easy to control shower,ample sink area,the bath door does block part of shower when open.(a pet peve of mine).9/10,sorry!Okay now the pool/spa,hot spa,shower area,dressing room 10/10.

While the bed was comfortable,the under sheets constantly pull out,leaving you wrestling with them in your sleep.(this should be a quick fix)The breakfast,sort of lacking meat and eggs on some days(we spent 3) one day was no meat ,no eggs.all the other items are there,biscuits ,waffles,toast,fruit,juice.and Coffee!

The room was clean and tidy. The location was near the freeway and close to the airport, as well as Costco & Target. There was some friendly staff on the site. The shower was clean and bright, and there was pretty good lightning.

Shorthand of staff - especially in the morning. The staff were busy working in the kitchen, and if customers want to sign off, then the food will not be supplied. Wi-Fi is okay, but not really fast. The water in the shower is a little bit low-pressure.

Smelled so nice in the halls! Whatever they use, it's wonderful. Waited at check-in about 4 pm as desk agent was helping a guest elsewhere. But he was very helpful once he returned. Room very clean and pleasing. Shower was the best I've experienced in a while! Great pressure. Didn't go for the breakfast but enjoyed the tea variety available 24/7 and the cookies. I will definitely return if the rate is good.

My only issue was the beds...both mattresses kind of smooshy and need replaced.

Good customer service at check-in. Very friendly and helpful staff working in the breakfast area. The hotel was very clean throughout all common spaces and the room was also clean. Great location across the street from a huge Costco, Target, and other shops. Easy access to I-90, downtown Bozeman, Montana State, and the airport. Plenty of free parking in the parking out outside. Breakfast was good. It was nice that they had fresh berries for the oatmeal -- nice touch! There was also an outdoor fire pit. Laundry facilities on site were convenient and clean.

The room (two queens) was a bit small for a family of four, and there was not really any good space for our suitcases or for the kids to stretch out. Also, it would have been nice to have the room made up more frequently than every three days. The front desk was very good about providing us with new towels upon request.

Bfast was ok. we stayed there for 4 days. There is always waffles but the main dish was scrambled eggs and a choice to meat. Chorizo, sausage links and corn beef hash and microwaveable omelette were there. Liked the variety. We met George that helped with dining room area and cleanup. He was very pleasant to talk to. We wish him Good Luck on his move to Florida. Very clean place would recommend

The maids didn’t speak English. I asked for bath towels and he didn’t know what I was asking for. He finally figured it out after Saying Grande to me which means large and happened to grab the towel eventually after grabbing sheet etc at first and hand towels

The hotel was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The pool was clean and hot tubs were in good working order.

The breakfast was lacking for this brand of hotel, they needed to offer more hot options and the juice machine was not stocked, which many of the guests commented their disappointment. The bed frame on one of the beds was too large for the mattress and stuck out causing leg injuries when trying to walk around it.

The cleanliness as well as the room size was nice for our family. Also the cookie at the check in in nice and the fireplace out back is a wonderful touch. We had just come from a football game and did not want to be outside any longer otherwise, that would have been used by our family to gather later on.

Front desk staff was not very efficient and she had a long line of people checking in. It could have been the guest ahead of us checking in that wanted to have her room moved as she did not want to be near an elevator, or an exit or have anyone above her. It seemed to take a long time to check in.

Perfect location for an early morning flight the following day out of Bozeman airport. Roomy, clean and well kept with a fire burning when we arrived late at night and for our outdoor breakfast in the morning. All staff is friendly & accommodating & even had a scale for us to use to make sure our luggage was not overweight. Highly recommend!!

It was very cozy and quiet, and the blanket of warm air as you enter the lobby from the brisk outdoors felt great! The staff was very attentive to the dinning area, food was fresh and a bonus for the waffles. The outdoor fire pit provided a nice breakfast experience with a beautiful backdrop. The rooms were solid, great blackout curtains, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Our first room had a blood stain on the mattress protector seen through the sheet. They were very kind and quick to resolve the issue.

The hotel looked newer and was very bright and cheerful throughout. The front desk gal was sweet and helpful. I loved that the breakfast area had real dishes and silverware. Also, it was so convenient having the Outback Restaurant right next door after our long day at Yellowstone. Thanks for the coupon for a bloomin onion!
