Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Excellent location to Yellowstone entrance. Quaint restaurants, coffee & little shops all well within walking distance of you chose.

Most def breakfast. Was coffee or oj with a muffin or croissant. Other hotels in the same location & price point offered more. The shampoo & conditioner bottle in shower were empty & had to ask for addtl toilet tissue but ended up going to the front desk upon return as it wasn’t brought to us. The A/C stopped efficiently as the night progressed.

We were next to laundry, but never heard any noise at all. Quiet room. Very short walk to room, which we liked. Handicap- ped parking right off our room, and Office. Staff were nice, and helpful with info. Bed comfortable, room nicely done. Bathroom fine. Ate BEST Elk Burger!! at The Corral, which was across and over from our Hotel. Juicy, liked taste of it with- out the fat. Walk along front stores to Phtography Store; bought a picture of mam 399 grizzly and her 4 cubs at a good price. Market was across St. from Hotel, most convenient. Hopefully Gardiner can be up an going for tourists SOON.

location was great--right on the north entrance to Yellowstone Park; comfortable, clean room, friendly helpful staff, coffee & muffins in the morning, When I initially checked in, there was a room immediately available on the 3rd floor--but the desk clerk said that she was sure she could at least get me on the 2nd floor--probably not the first--I appreciated the effort. Never saw any elk in Yellowstone Nat Park--but there were plenty right inside the city of Gardiner.

I had a heavy suitcase--and hauled it to the second floor as there was no elevator. I would have been fine if I had packed lighter.

Standard room, comfortable, clean, well furnished and equipped. Location optimal to both restaurants and entrance to the park.

Breakfast included was really poor in choice, amount, and quality. Apparently, no way to order extras. Price very high, but it appears to be standard for that zone.

The location was great for our trip visiting the north end of Yellowstone (the motel is just a few miles from the north entrance of Yellowstone). Breakfast was simple but good - choice of hot chocolate, coffee or orange juice, and muffins. The maintenance people and other staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a little stuffy. The heater was really loud and made it hard to sleep super comfortably (we went in the middle of winter so it was kicking on every few minutes). The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, but it was just from a dead battery or something; they said that very rarely happens.

Great location, with numerous restaurants nearby. The beds and pillows are VERY comfortable, much more than other "better" places.

Some people stay out late (3am) on the patio of the hotel watching reels on speaker ... disturbing peoples sleeps

It's a nice, clean hotel very close to the north entrance of Yellowstone national park. The personnel is attentive and the are several cafes and restaurants around. There is a supermarket across the street. The breakfast is basic but it is a nice plus.

Loved the front desk people: Jay and Marci were amazing!

Kind of an old facility; could hear rooms around us and the vibration of the floor even with them doing laundry below. More of a continental breakfast would be great too.

great location! visited during off season for my mothers birthday and the staff went above and beyond for us. checked in early with no additional cost. I enjoy that this location is pet friendly, didn’t have our fur babies this visit but possible in the future. this was our second stay in the past two years and I’m always pleased with our visit.

the ice machine on the first floor could use an upgrade.

Helpful to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room; the supermarket was directly across the street where we found some good solutions to frozen dinners to cook for dinner in our room.

There was no elevator so it was challenging to get our luggage and cooler upstairs. The ice machine was empty. The registration staff was very separated by plexiglass (which I highly appreciate because of Covid), but the person behind the plexiglass was less than friendly, making the check-in experience extremely uninviting and impersonal.
