The location was gorgeous. Super close to the north gate at Yellowstone, and right on a river. Lots of wildlife crossing. Super kid friendly with an arcade, Xbox systems, a pool and a hot tub. The pool area had a lovely projection tv playing. Super neat set-up. Lovely fireplace where everyone gathered in front of the hotel and chatted with each other. S’mores kits available at the front desk. Lovely coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar at the entrance for everyone too. Our room was nice, the hotel is clearly investing money into it which is nice to see. Clean, spacious. The rooms were stocked with nice shampoo and conditioner and the house keeping staff were super helpful. Free onsite laundry was also amazing!

Our room had a funny smell when entering, but it disappeared quickly. It wasn’t terrible - just noticed it every time we came into the room. The hot tub was only operational for one day while we were there - they were doing some kind of flooring. I wish they would offer cribs, or some form of baby sleeping arrangement. It was a pain having to fly with a ton of baby gear.

close to northern entrance to Yellowstone. Easy to enter and return for the evening. Beds comfortable and stuff was welcoming.

Selected as it was close to Yellowstone. The cos for the stay I felt was more than other stays on the trip. If I used more of the amenities it might be worth the cost but I didn't. It was just a place for sleep. more of what Gardiner had to offer nearby for meals. Couldn't find a place that would serve greens.... Even restaurant attached only one choice. Most restaurants blame staffing as the continuing major problem.

I injured my knee pretty significantly on our way to Gardner. We were told on arrival that our room was upstairs, with no elevator — which would have been nearly impossible for the 2 days we were there. The manager on duty went into action and shuffled things around so that we had a first-floor room just off the lobby — making life much easier for all of us!

The property is somewhat dated. Coffee was great and plentiful, but a bit of a breakfast option would have been welcome. The outdoor fireplace was nice, as was the wildlife viewing!

Location was amazing - right on the river with a window that faced west. Close to a lot of restaurants. Room was big, bed was comfortable. I was located in a secondary building and it was pretty quiet - especially with the window open and the sounds of the river.

The price was hard to stomach but with being so close to the northwest entrance to Yellowstone and being on the river, it's understandable. TV remote was MIA and the one they provided when asked also didn't work but I ultimately didn't mind not having tv.

Loved the location, the pool and hot tub. The game room with pinball, air hockey, and Xbox. Still would recommend the hotel even with negatives.

The second time we used the hot tub, it was luke warm, didn't heat up. The staff did not clean our room one of the days, which was disappointing. We left right as they were in the hall, so we know they saw us leave. Older hotel with squeaky doors, water pressure wasn't great.

breakfast isn't included in the rates but they serve breakfast in the restaurant next door. It's 17 dollar a head and quite disgusting, a buffet with a lot of almost cold stuff, the sausages are carton style and nothing really tasted good so we only went twice.

the long queues on check in, they were very full and check in starts at 4 PM, if you get there between 4 and 5 be prepared to wait almost an hour.

The Ridgeline was perfect for our stay in Gardiner. Great location to enter Yellowstone park plus we had a beautiful view of the river and mountains beyond. Not in the center of town but close enough for us to walk to restaurants and stores. Plus a bonus is that we saw a number of elk right in the center of town and on the hillsides.

Didn't care for the extra charge for the use of the pool, hot tub and room with a firepit.

I left my Apple Watch in the room and I called later that day and they said the house keeper turned it into the fest. I was well into Yellowstone when I realized but was ending my trip at the same hotel. The desk agent said enjoy your trip and pick the Watch up on your return. Amazing. Property is perfect start for a Yellowstone grand Teton loop. Staff went out of there way to make you stay enjoyable. Highly recommend

Location was convenient to the park. Restaurant provided good convenient dining options. Cabins were spacious enough for two. We loved the upper decks on the cabins and the nightly fire pits. The lady working the front desk was amazing and helpful!!!

Views were a little obstructed. While the value for what we paid was appropriate, there is a great opportunity to add a little more luxury to the cabins i.e. flooring & finishes.

Hotel with an awesome view. They included binoculars which was awesome to check out local wildlife. Nice clean rooms with plenty of pillows. Rooms were cleaned each day. It was quite and easily accessible.

Parking sucked. Wasn’t always guaranteed and I actually fell in the parking lot trying to find a spot. Also no breakfast and the breakfast they recommended up the road was awful. Not their fault obviously.
