The location, in Glendive, was excellent -- only a few miles from Baitch's Dinosaur Digs, where we had an 8 am tour and fossils dig the next day. The bedroom and bath provided a comfortable bed and good working WiFi. One detail in particular impressed me: the freezer in the little refrigerator had clearly been defrosted. We had already stayed at several places with iced-up, almost unusable freezers. At home, I rent rooms to others, and it's always a challenge for me to get the freezer defrosted before the next guest arrives. The breakfast included lots of options; I especially liked the fresh plums. Thank you!

The room's air conditioning was set at 65, which I found very chilly. I could not adjust it to our comfort, so finally turned it off and opened the window. Fortunately the window was screened, so we could sleep in comfort. My husband says, "All hotels are that way [with the air conditioning set to frigid levels]." I do not understand why. Raising the temperature of the air conditioner to 70 or 72 would save the hotel energy costs and reduce the production of greenhouse gases, as well.

The staff person who greeted us and checked us in was great: cheerful, friendly, competent at her work, and efficient. The room was clean and the facility updated. Breakfast we above expectations with hot food and fresh fruit. The desk person worked intensely (and cheerfully) to keep food available to a the many people who came for breakfast.

The smoke alarm started "pinging" after we had showered and gone to bed. I dressed and went to the desk. She handed me a battery, with an apology. This should have been done annually to avoid this significant disturbance. Also, the hotel should not be so short staffed that I was responsible to change it (not her fault!). This distracted from an otherwise great stay.

1)The two flies in the room that didn't let us sleep. 2)During the night a rainstorm occurred and the a/c unit in the wall started leaking rain water into the room. At 11:30 pm we had to use the cups provided by the hotel to catch and dispose of the rain water. Despite these two complaints I would still recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, great staff, and overall ambiance of the rooms and hotel.

The best thing about Fairbridge Inn Glendive was the friendly, courteous staff. We were greeted like family when we walked in the door, and any questions we had were cheerfully answered. The next morning, at breakfast, we were again greeted like we were family, and the attendant made us feel as if she was there to serve us and attend to our needs. The breakfast was very good. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a soak in the just right temperature hot tub and a dip in the pool. We will definitely stay there again on our travels between home and the West.

Breakfast was very nice. Always so nice to have hot options. The attendant was busy keeping items stocked and the area clean. Location was easy to find. We didn't use the pool but other people were using it and it looked very inviting.

Can't think of anything. One thought, we stayed at another place on our trip that had 2 complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. Nice touch. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I really like the staffs friendliness. I stay here every time I go visit my daughter. The price is always fair and the hot tub is always there when I want it.

As I said, I love the staff here. They are friendly and helpful when needed. The only complaint I have is the last two times I’ve stayed there this month the rooms were not cleaned well at all. there was garbage left in the room on the end table between beds, no Toilet paper, garbage on the floor, and dirty top bedding. they could also used some updated working washer and dryer.

The breakfast was excellent with cooked eggs, sausage, biscuit/gravy, waffles, all kinds of pastries, cereal, breads and fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs and more.

The washing machine was out of order and according to other reviews it has been out of order a long time.

Good Location. Great Breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub was great. The hotel is going through new management we think. So we were a little confused on the name and finding the place at first.

The water pressure in the shower was a little weak and it took some time before the hot water to come. The hot water is really just warm. Not a huge issue but some might have a bigger issue with that then us.

Loved the cleanliness, and when we first arrived the toilet had stopped working like it was clogged, and it started to over flow. we called the front desk, the gal was there right away, got it fixed and she was super nice!!!! Liked that our room had everything that we needed when we arrived, the beds and the sheets were clean, all the appliances worked. the breakfast was fantastic! we loved that the pool area was clean, the pool itself was clean and enjoyable for our family to take a swim and play after a long day!!!

there was nothing that we didnt like. it was a great stay!

Beautiful, spacious room complete w/ safe, ironing board & iron, hairdryer, frig, coffee maker. The highlights for us were the pool & hot tub after 12+ hours on the road. A very generous breakfast, complete w/ eggs Benedict, pancakes, sausage and almost every topping/ condiment you can think of was the ‘icing on the cake’, well worth the price!
