The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, and in fact, everywhere in the hotel seemed to be clean. There was a door propped open where the washers and supplies were stored and it even appeared organized and clean. Breakfast area was large, inviting, and there were a good number of choices for all palates.

The facility did not seem accommodating to wheelchairs. We entered the building from the back and our room was on the main level, but there was no ramp to the door, so if someone was in a wheelchair, they would not be able to enter from that location. This did not impact it, but we noticed it.

The location, in Glendive, was excellent -- only a few miles from Baitch's Dinosaur Digs, where we had an 8 am tour and fossils dig the next day. The bedroom and bath provided a comfortable bed and good working WiFi. One detail in particular impressed me: the freezer in the little refrigerator had clearly been defrosted. We had already stayed at several places with iced-up, almost unusable freezers. At home, I rent rooms to others, and it's always a challenge for me to get the freezer defrosted before the next guest arrives. The breakfast included lots of options; I especially liked the fresh plums. Thank you!

The room's air conditioning was set at 65, which I found very chilly. I could not adjust it to our comfort, so finally turned it off and opened the window. Fortunately the window was screened, so we could sleep in comfort. My husband says, "All hotels are that way [with the air conditioning set to frigid levels]." I do not understand why. Raising the temperature of the air conditioner to 70 or 72 would save the hotel energy costs and reduce the production of greenhouse gases, as well.

The staff was very friendly. The lady in the evening was friendly and patient as our grandson kept zeroing out his key card and had to get a new one 3 times. A very nice pool. The lady in the breakfast area was very friendly and kept everything well stocked. A nice room and comfortable bed.

There was really nothing that we didn't like. Could have had more restaurant choices near by, but that's not really the hotels problem.

The staff person who greeted us and checked us in was great: cheerful, friendly, competent at her work, and efficient. The room was clean and the facility updated. Breakfast we above expectations with hot food and fresh fruit. The desk person worked intensely (and cheerfully) to keep food available to a the many people who came for breakfast.

The smoke alarm started "pinging" after we had showered and gone to bed. I dressed and went to the desk. She handed me a battery, with an apology. This should have been done annually to avoid this significant disturbance. Also, the hotel should not be so short staffed that I was responsible to change it (not her fault!). This distracted from an otherwise great stay.

1)The two flies in the room that didn't let us sleep. 2)During the night a rainstorm occurred and the a/c unit in the wall started leaking rain water into the room. At 11:30 pm we had to use the cups provided by the hotel to catch and dispose of the rain water. Despite these two complaints I would still recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, great staff, and overall ambiance of the rooms and hotel.

Very nice included breakfast with a good variety of fresh, hot food. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Easy off and back onto Interstate 94. Good sized room, a bit larger than the average for this class of motel.

A bit far from any restaurants for evening dining, and no nearby fast-food. Also, because of road construction, it was difficult to navigate into the town (Glendive, MT).

The customer service was 10/10! From the moment I walked through the door all the way through till check out! Great people! Great place!

The room we were in had a conjoining door in between and I could hear everything the neighbor was saying. That’s not an issue I didn’t address to the front desk so they didn’t know. The halls were quiet after 11 and that’s all I needed!

The best thing about Fairbridge Inn Glendive was the friendly, courteous staff. We were greeted like family when we walked in the door, and any questions we had were cheerfully answered. The next morning, at breakfast, we were again greeted like we were family, and the attendant made us feel as if she was there to serve us and attend to our needs. The breakfast was very good. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a soak in the just right temperature hot tub and a dip in the pool. We will definitely stay there again on our travels between home and the West.

Becky at the front desk was very helpful and did an amazing job! She had to check people in during a power outage and remained calm, helpful, and pleasant throughout. The pool facilities were nice, breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel could use some updates, but overall, it was clean and comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night. The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was good too, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a variety of options, and the best thing was the hostess at breakfast was great, she chatted with everyone and made everyone comfortable.

There was a weird chemical smell in the lobby.
