The room was very comfortable. Furnishings were attractive, towels and sheets and pillows very nice. I like hard floors, they are cleaner, and much less likely to harbor allergens like pollen. I was very glad to see a hot breakfast!! The staff in the evening and in the morning were friendly, helpful, and efficient.

I didn't have any complaints! Maybe a suggestion -- add an ice water cooler in the lobby?

Love the fact that you have laundry bags in the room. The room was very clean and simoly but nicely decorated. Easy to find.

The bathrooms are a tad small but we only stayed a night so it wasn’t a big deal. Could use more than one type of pillow. Soft & hard would be great for those who may be side sleepers vs. stomach sleepers but again not a big deal

The breakfast was supervised by a lady call Patty (I think) who greeted everyone with a delightful "Good Morning" There was a good choice of plenty of basics well presented - anyone who went hungry only had themselves to blame :-)

I stayed on two occasions the first time was on top floor and a real struggle to carry suitcase up to the room as no elevator. The second visit was ground floor and much easier.

I thought the breakfast was fine. Good selection. And the hostess seamed to stay on top of everything during the small rush while I was eating to keep everything filled.

Too bad the card coder went done so the staff had to hustle to open doors when ever we came back to our rooms. Causing only a slight inconvenience. Do you take AARP?

Very basic but more than adequate- serviced by lovely staff.

I stayed twice on first occasion n fist floor, on second occasion the ground floor . The difference highlighted the need for a lift - I struggled to take suitcase upstairs - maybe reception should arrange assistance ? .

Only maid service if you request it. We were there three nights & got our own towels, etc. For the price, minimal service would have been nice.

This property has really been improved since I was last here. Much cleaner and smelled great.

Due to a snafu with Booking.com not having the right number for the hotel, I was unable to change my dates and paid over $100 for a night I didn't stay. Booking.com will only call the number on file (understandable). The asst manager tried to get it updated but the confirmation email to change it was sent to the old managers email that no one has access to. Really sucked.

Nice hot breakfast, good selection of items. Clean area. Comfortable tables and seating.

Vanity light malfunctioned and acted like a motion detector, cycling on and off through the night.

Beds were great.
