The staff here is incredibly sweet and friendly. The price is on point and the room was clean and they even gave me a spot on the first floor to help me move in my gear easier. I enjoyed talking about the Seattle grunge rock scene in the 90s and Kurt Cobain. Thanks again and see you next time I head through Kalispell!

I thought everything was great. For the price you cannot complain about anything. I was totally happy with my stay.

The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable of the local area. Also, the property was quiet at night, which is always optimal when someone is trying to sleep. Overall, it was satisfactory.

There was no shower fan in room 107, and the shower curtain was kinda broken as well. Other than that, just thin walls, I could literally hear the people next door yawning.

The connection with employees on certain conversations.

The extra amount on day two jumping up 45 dollars from previous stay. I feel if your extending your stay another night, the price should be reflected.

Location is excellent. And all the staff was very professional and helpful, if I needed something they were on it and head a small problem in the room and two maintaine men their in moments resolving the issue and melody in the front office was very kind and knowledgable and turned what could have been a short stay into several more extended days for us and we appreciate you melody, good job all the way.

The customer service was amazing. The attendant was very polite and professional and thanked everyone for their patience. I had a problem with my room door and the attendant walked to my room and showed me how to unlock my door. Unfortunately, I had one of the rooms where the door handle needed to be changed or repaired. I like the fact that the hotel was pet friendly.

There was one person working and there was quiet a few people waiting.The parking lot needs some work as there were some large pot holes in the parking area

toilet stool was very short and small. Access to the room (second floor) was inadequate, only two ways to get there.

People outside smoking marijuana. Windows very drafty, and smell came right in. We blocked it a bit with a shower towel.
